Il y a 3 salles de bains, 2 salles de bain complètes et une douche extérieure sur le pont. Cette maison a la chaleur et l’air centraux, elle est donc disponible toute l’année. The sweetest little beach house

House was so cute and charming. Everything was exactly as pictured. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, including two kayaks and a paddle board. Thank you!

Relaxing getaway

The beach access and outdoor space was the perfect place to spend our time. The beach was quiet and private. Debbie was an excellent host and took care of any needs immediately. We had a lovely time.

Beautiful quaint home

My husband, two sons and I stayed for a week in this beach house beauty. The back patio was my favorite part of the home- to enjoy morning coffee as well as beautiful sunsets !!

Quaint little doll house

Adorable little house right on the LI Sound. Well maintained and the manager Debbie was very responsive and helpful. Plenty to do/places to eat in the area or within reasonable driving distance. Our family had a nice time.

Little house on a sand dune

Handrails needed on steps to beach. Might be too many steps for the elderly! We enjoyed our stay immensely. Would love to go again.

Great town home with private access to beach

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Added bonus for the fully furnished deck and the private stairway to the beach. Only bummer was some of the appliances like the outdoor tent and dryer machine was not working. But the property manager Debbie was very easy to communicate with and she took care of most the issues. He also suggested us some good nearby attractions and farms. Overall I would recommend that location.

Beach Beach Beach

What a lovely home. This place is amazing, directly on the beach, in this adorable little town. It really feels like you're tucked away in a far away place. The house itself sits directly on the beach. The patio, outdoor shower and bathroom were in top shape. The house was literally just redone a year ago I believe and it shows. Everything is brand new and couldn't be a more perfect beach home. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean and really cute! Lovely place and looking forward to returning as soon as possible!

Charming and Clean

The property was perfect for our small family of three (+ pup). It was extremely clean. You can tell it's been remodeled and updated recently, with all furniture in great shape and good appliances. You can also tell the owners use it as the kitchen was very nicely appointed with everything you could possible need, including good pots and pans, cups and the like. The location was great. The beach is very private, with limited public access. The house itself enjoys a lot of privacy due to it sitting behind a dune (although it still has ocean views) and with plants blocking neighboring properties. On calm days, you can kayak and fish right in front of the house (we had luck catching shad while fly fishing right in front of the house and saw others catch a few stipers). One of the better properties we've stayed at in recent memory.

Perfect Relaxing Weekend!

Reviewer Comments: My husband's daughter lives in New York and we surprised him with a Father's Day weekend stay at The Diana on the North Fork of The Hamptons. We were astounded at the private and stunning view offered from the deck. To say it was relaxing doesn't quite sum it up. We fell asleep sitting in adirondack chairs overlooking the water one afternoon. We also enjoyed the fantastic nearby restaurants (especially La Plage which we walked to from the house). Our days began and ended with walks on the beach with our dog who was also allowed to join us for the stay. The home was clean, well-appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Any questions we had were promptly answered - even late into the evening of our arrival. We felt so lucky to find this place and highly recommend it! Our daughter returned to NYC via the bus which conveniently picked her up nearby. It was a perfect weekend! The Diana is a winner and we plan to return!

Bad management, ants and misrepresented listing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I felt the management was unhelpful and made the trip and communication worse. The listing said there was a bathtub and there wasn't (still says there is online) and when I asked about it they said "Where did you find that picture" like it was my fault. The communication was poor and erratic with text messages that often made no sense or info that changed day to day. It was frustrating the house had no instructions or manual for TV, trash, lights or AC (and we had trouble getting the air to work) other than to say you must wear lifejackets) The outdoor shower was messy and full of junk so I had to clean it out to use it along with all other outdoor beach supplies which they include int he listing. The location on the beach and porch is nice. The house had lots of ants even though I cleaned and sprayed raid and there were traps everywhere. They also tried to schedule landscaping during my rental and when I asked them not to they told me it wouldn't be invasive which was a total lie with the landscapers having tons of work to do trimming all over the yard, porch and blocking access to the beach and our car. When I complained, you said you would take care of me and then didn't. Overall it was quite frustrating and this is just someones house like airbnb not a "LUXURY Retreat"

Lovely Beachfront Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Located on a rocky beachfront in Wading River, this home had beautiful sunsets every evening. Deck is more delightful than pictured. Beautiful outdoor sofa, table with seating for 8, and large umbrella for those sunny days. Kitchen was very nicely equipped. Two bathrooms were recently updated. Comfy beds and furniture in living room. Property Managers suggested ZEST catering and they were AWESOME! We would use ZEST again! Loved the food. We were missing a portable crib for a baby, but the Managers rushed one right over to save the day! Super quiet location. Our only complaint, the entry door needs a door sweep at the bottom to keep out bugs and one window also had fallen down and would not close. If we come back to Long Island, we would certainly stay here again.
