Great location on quiet beach, well appointed home for a great stay. Everything well maintained and clean. Be wary of ticks around woods if you bring a dog, but nothing you shouldn’t book over - just do checks. Responsive and helpful host, quiet and respectful neighbors. Would/will book again

Fantastic Home and Area

We were used to the Cape but this house made us change our regular vacationing spot. Great location without a ton of people. Close by wineries and other good places to eat. The home is well maintained and has the right amount of space. Can’t beat being on the beach.

Amazing Getaway on the Sound!

Maria's house is an amazing, quiet getaway directly on a private beach of the LI Sound! Even though we came in the winter, it's still amazing to have the beach right outside the glass sliding doors of the living/dining room. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the lovely North Fork wine country. Can't wait to book again!

A complete gateway

We are a family of four that looked for the perfect getaway from hectic city life. The beach house was just that. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the owner, Maria, was easy and she was always available for us. While the house is in a quiet low traffic area, it is also just a few min drive from town which was perfect. We will hopefully come back again as the weather gets warmer.
