WORSE EXPERIENCE
On Wednesday, I have already contacted the owner 3 times to solve this problem. At this point I am demanding a refund. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Since the beginning, I was not able to get in the house with the code I received from front office. By that time, front office was already closed and I had to call the 800 number to get it fixed, which they tried 3 different codes until they were able to fix it. Since my first day I have found multiple cockroaches around the house. I have pictures of them (attached). Some of them we were not able to kill because they were crawling up in the walls. I have a 2 year old in the house that all he wants is to crawl and he can’t because the carpet is filthy and also you find dead cockroaches around the living room. I waited from front office to come and see them for themselves and no one had contacted me. On top of that, the code I was given only worked for 24hrs. Next day, Sunday morning, I had to call the 800 number again to get it fixed. This time they took 6 different times to fix it while my family and I were waiting outside in the burning sun. Once again, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. The owner was not helpful. The only solution he gave me is that Front Office will contact me which they never did. To make matters worse, I believe they entered the condo to spray insect killer because on Thursday and Friday there was a funny smell inside the property. Again, there was a baby in the house and tha
