Belle Oceanview 2/2 Condo

Idéal pour les familles, les personnes âgées et tous les âges qui aiment une plage tranquille sans voitures, mais avec beaucoup de coquillages et de nombreux kilomètres de plage de sable blanc pour marcher, faire du jogging ou du vélo tout en écoutant les vagues le long du chemin.
Les portes en verre du condo s'ouvrent sur une cour herbeuse au bord de la piscine, où les enfants peuvent jouer et où les amis peuvent se rassembler.
Petit, complexe de style familial avec beaucoup de stationnement ouvert toujours, Calme et abordable 'Confort de la maison' avec vue sur l'océan de la chambre principale, décor mis à jour, unité propre avec cuisine entièrement mis en place.

Plan d'étage de condo: Nous vous fournissons une maison de ville 2/2 entièrement meublée avec Wifi. Au premier étage, nous avons une cuisine complète, salle de bain complète, salle familiale et salle à manger avec des tabourets de bar de comptoir aussi à ajouter à vos sièges pour les repas au besoin. En 2014, nous avons mis à jour un téléviseur Smart Wifi de 40 '.
Le 2ème étage dispose de la chambre principale avec une vue dégagée sur l'océan Atlantique et la piscine depuis la chambre et le balcon. Il y a une télévision dans la suite principale. La chambre offre deux ensembles de lits superposés pour les clients avec enfants, adolescents ou adultes supplémentaires de tous âges. Une salle de bain complète est entre les deux chambres, ainsi qu'un placard à linge.

Everything was perfect for us love the location on the beach, which was quieter. The condo was great and the people stay in there were perfect. Will be back next year for sure.

Nice Place, Great Location

Although this property is older, it has been updated. The location could not be better, right on the beach with a pool. For a couple or a family with smaller children, it is an ideal, affordable spot for NSB.

Great location

The location to and views of the ocean and beach area is great. Check-in and the property manager were easy and great. This is a great place to stay and I would recommend it but it is dated and the bathroom showers and tub area really need to be updated. Parking is very close and convenient and the area is very quiet and lovely.

Great property with a great beach.

We wanted to be on the south end of New Smyrna Beach close to where my parents had a place when I was younger. This place did not disappoint, and we will come back here if it's available. The beach area is really nice and the pool and pool deck were great too. I would recommend this place.

Relaxing Retreat

We rented the property for January and February. Very cute, clean, comfortable and quiet. Spent lots of time walking the beautiful beach. Excellent communication with Suzanne, the owner. Property manager, Lisa, was great. Nice neighbors. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful time!

This was our 4th year staying at Ocean South and we are never disappointed. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. Our condo, B103, was beautiful and comfortable. Suzanne was easily accessible and responded promptly. We hope to return next year...as long as we can find an opening.

Nice condo

Great condo for families with kids. Ocean/pool view. Friendly community. Grounds are clean and well kept. Condo itself could use a little routine maintenance and the shared upstairs balcony is not very private. Grocery stores within a short distance. Nothing within walking distance, which for us is nice, but others may want better access to shops, etc. Beautiful wide private beach with little traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. Suzanne & Jeff were great hosts, Lisa was an amazing property manager, the other guests were extremely friendly and the location was fantastic. However, we had the misfortune to arrive just in time for one of the coldest February's in Florida history - there was ice on the beach entrance! So our review is flavored with that in mind. The condo itself is small, which is OK, but it is extremely dated. the bathrooms both are in need of updating. Both toilets are old and need to be replaced, the tub is chipped and stained, the wallpaper is peeling in places. The master bedroom is nice - the king size bed is great although it barely fits in the room. The second bedroom is VERY small with 2 sets of bunk beds. This setup would be fine for families with small children but the stairs and bunk beds do not work well with older guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay (although the weather was a little disappointing) and this condo has great potential with just a little updating and elbow grease. We really enjoyed our stay and, as I said, Suzanne and Jeff are wonderful hosts. But, as "people of a certain age," we must be honest and say this condo would work better for younger families.

Oceanview Condo 2/2

This condo has a great location just steps away from a pool and the no-drive portion of the beach. The photos for this property were accurate. Although the furniture and kitchen are a little dated everything was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. All of the TVs work with full cable and access to streaming services. The only downside is one of the showers was being used to store boogie boards and beach chairs so we only used one of the showers which wasn’t a huge deal. Also, there is onsite laundry but no laundry in the condo. Overall the area is very quiet and parking is not crowded. We would definitely stay here again instead of New Smyrna Beach Club where we have stayed several times prior to this trip.

We had an a/c breakdown. Our hosts got the unit replaced within two days during a holiday week. We really appreciated that! Great location. The condo is older, but it suited our needs as we had family close by.

A wonderful place to relax with ocean view

We are only 1 hour away so we rented this gem of a spot for 1 month. Very clean and updated and wonderful views of pool and ocean from the couch and of course the patio. I loved that the bedrooms are upstairs and master suite has view of the ocean and it is decorated beautifully. So fresh and clean feeling looking out of your bedroom balcony at the ocean. Many good restaurants in the area. Very quiet and respectful people that either lived or rented in the condo unit. We never had one complaint in a month of being there. I only have a super star best rating!

This was a cute condo right on the beach. The bunk beds were especially helpful. The decor and furniture were nicer than many condos at this price point, and being able to walk straight out to the pool and beach was super convenient! Highly recommend!

Friendly complex, fantastic location

This is our second time renting this condo. We love the location. You can’t beat staying right on the beach & we love the convenience of being on the ground floor. We can easily store all the beach toys in the patio-no stairs to carry them up. A great tennis court for use as well. Love this little treasure on the beach!

Fun time in Florida

Condo was great. Comfortable and had everything needed. Enjoyed the unit being on the ground level and good views of the ocean. Only complaint would be it wasn’t cleaned really well when we arrived.

Favorite spot

This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s perfect location to a private beach and the pool. Owner is very responsive. We plan to make this location a family tradition!!
