Dominican Getaway

This was an awesome guys trip the property was everything that we expected and more each bedroom was truly a master suite with everything that we needed and the staff was awesome a super friendly. I highly recommend this place for large groups it’s very safe and secure.

Wonderful

The overall stay was wonderful, only a few issues one being we lost wifi connection the last 3 days, we lost hot water the last 2 days and one of the guests rooms by the pool on the far right had a water leak from the rain. But for the most part it was a good community and we really enjoyed our stay

50th birthday trip

The property was everything I expected and more. Property managers were friendly, extremely responsive and very helpful. I recommend this place and will be staying here again. I called maybe 3 times and every time I received an immediate response via text and physically. Thank you for an awesome 50th birthday during this pandemic.

All Kitchen appliances broke “All “ mattresses were worst than my college cots, furniture was dirty and old Towels were old and hard and I was not expecting to have to wash clothes on vacation specifically since I’ve never washed clothes before. I must say that the staff was very respectful and courteous with all the complaints I had.

All villas go through a precheck by both our Guest Services management team and our Quality Control team prior to a new arrival which includes ensuring all appliances are working as well as furniture and linens are up to standard...During your stay you reported that the freezer on the large fridge was not getting as cold as it should...Our certified appliance technician confirmed that was the case and advised it was best to purchase a new large fridge which we did...As it could not be delivered prior to your departure we indeed provided generous compensation for this inconvenience...As the villa has both an indoor an outdoor kitchen it offers a large fridge, mini fridge, 2 stoves, microwave, water cooler, toaster, blender and a coffee maker...Providing a review stating all kitchen appliances were broke is untruthful, ridiculous and extremely damaging. Excellent accueil par l’agent chargé de la réception. Il a toujours répondu à nos demandes. Il nous a bien conseillé. Cependant, la villa vieillie et a grand besoin de rafraîchissement : douche extérieur à réparer, les éviers extérieurs et intérieurs tiennent par des manches à balai, il y a des fuites de gaz au barbecue extérieur, le sol de la terrasse mérite d'être décapé, les salles de bains (tous les bas de montant des portes) sont gondolées par l'eau. Les robinets fuient et sont entartrés (pommeau de douche). La maintenance n'a pas d'outil pour entretenir
