Scott had given very clear instructions in regards to parking and how to check in to the property, everything went very smoothly. The apartment was nice and spacious. It had everything you would need for a relaxing self catering break. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Property was close to town, the ferry and shopping off island. We had a wonderful stay celebrating our granddaughter’s baptism on Father’s Day on the Island and our 44th Wedding Anniversary. Memories were definitely made.

We had such a lovely time on Balboa Island. This rental is centrally located near the ferry, restaurants and the walk path that goes around the island. The property was clean and everything worked as expected.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is awesome. The accommodations are very comfortable with lots of room for your family/group.This location was perfect for us. There is a restaurant on the corner and the ferry at the end of the street with great things happening on the other side. This area is quiet in the evening and through the night.

Great location. Very much the Balboa Island experience with proximity to the water, shopping and eating. Staying on the island is a great experience and during the Xmas season beautiful with lights and decorations.

Absolutely fabulous location on the island, love the ferry lights at night, pickleball court, Succulent Coffee next door is the BOMB, incredible party deck, spacious and comfortable and clean common space, well laid out bedrooms and bathroom, nicely appointed kitchen, easy private parking, great stay!!!

Awesome place to stay my only complaint is no one mentioned there was constant air traffic noise early in the morning which makes it hard to sleep in.

Nice Location and Patio

The location was great, easy access to places to eat and walk. The ferry is just down the street making for a cool trip across the water to the beach. Property was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Would stay again

Fantastic Location

Great place to stay, quiet at night but Balboa Island is just amazing. The kitchen is adequately stocked, but if you are planning on doing some extensive cooking bring your spices, etc. Beds are comfortable, and love the fact this place has an AC!!
