Nice property overall. House is very accommodating for guests and in a quiet part of town. Hosts are very responsive. Only downside would be no AC, which is pointed out in the listing, but it cools down quickly in the evening and they provide plenty of fans so it works out alright. Overall very positive experience staying here and would recommend.

The place was terrific. The host communication was terrific. The place was clean and well equipped. Allowing use of the garage was a nice touch.We had a minor issue during our stay. The owner resolved it immediately.It was a great stay. We would stay again.

Fabulous place to stay!

Perfect! The townhouse was very warm and cozy, excellent views of the mountains and the golf course. Tons of elk came to visit! Well stocked kitchen, we were able to cook all of our meals. Coffee every morning on patio, dinner in the evening on patio. Would stay here again!

The property was ok, however several things were very challenging. No AC in the house made the afternoons very hot and difficult to prepare a meal inside. The property had a grill with direction on contacting the owner if we need propane, however all the propane tanks were locked in the garage. I did send a message and left a voice message regarding the propane situation and received no respond. The bathroom was another problem, the one and only tub was shifting under our feet when we take a shower with super loud noise. The shower head was not even functioning properly. Overall we were disappointed.

Perfect location

This Estes Park location is perfect for visiting the Rocky Mountain National Park and shops/restaurants. The access to the house and garage for our car was very easy to use, and the neighborhood/area was peaceful and quiet.

National Park Tour

This was our first stop on a national park tour. We found this property to be amazing for this visit. The description of the property was spot on. The condo was super convenient and well appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked for fixing meals. We couldn't have been happier with this stay.

Nice stay

A great place to stay, conveniently located near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. However, it was a bit challenging to find the entrance to the house. We parked in the correct garage, but weren't sure which house was the right one. The resturants and grocery store was also really close Overall I think it was a nice stay

The Kitchen had all kinds of pans and utensils to cook with. The deck had an awesome view of the mountains and golf course. We Loved the 2 sink bathroom lots of room to get ready.

Short vacation

Nice property, very clean, well stocked with everything you would need. Good, quiet neighborhood on outskirts of town. Turnoff easy to miss in the dark. Close to downtown & easy drive to RMNP. WiFi not great but otherwise everything was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely!

Roomy and comfortable. Well appointed and decorated, except for patio which needed an umbrella or shading so we could sit outside. It was just too hot in the sun. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Evolve management was extremely well organized and clear in all interactions. I highly recommend this lodging for visitors to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for three days. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like spices, cooking oils, and condiments 👌. The location was ideal. We were able to take several beautiful walks right from the rental, and the views were truly amazing. The only downside for us was the presence of cameras on the patio and in the garage. While we’re glad the camera locations were disclosed in the listing description, it did make it a bit harder to fully relax, as it felt like someone might be watching. Overall, though, this was a lovely place to stay and we’d recommend it for anyone looking for a well-equipped home in a gorgeous setting.

New Year’s getaway

Winter wonderland adventure for us. The condo served as a cozy home base as we explored RMNP and surrounding areas. The condo was well stocked and clean. The slip cover over the sofa seems a bit tired and worn but it was clean. The home was centrally located and quiet. Deer was spotted outside as well as local birds. Very much enjoyed our stay. Pretty View, So-So Condition

Overall was a pretty good stay, nice to be close to town but the property wasn’t anything to write home about. Not sure I would stay again.Positives: Close to town, great view of the golf course with lots of wildlifeNegatives: The house is not in great condition, essentially all of the baseboards downstairs were not attached and there were random piles of extras, the beds were some of the worst I’ve ever slept on, they’re extremely strict on check in time (not even 5 min earlier than 4 PM)

We are in the process of replacing the floors due to damage from a previous guest, and the baseboards will be completed soon. - Regarding the beds, we understand that mattress preferences vary. Most of our guests find the beds very comfortable, but we're sorry they did not meet your expectations. - Our check-in time is set to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each guest. While we do try to accommodate early check-in requests when possible, you arrived more than 30 minutes early. Our codes are set to activate 15 minutes before the scheduled check-in time to provide some flexibility. - Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. Nice but not great

The location is good but there were some issues with the property. 1) The bedspread was dirty — something smeared on the top of it. 2) Floor of main shower feels like it is going to give way at any moment. A problem with the subfloor? 3) Carpets were filthy. 4) Other floors were dirty too. So not an ideal stay at all. Very disappointing.
