Upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and private bathroom with shower. The comfy living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and cozy gas log fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining room. Best VRBO experience!

This VRBO was one of the nicest I've stayed and in a beautiful location right on the river in Estes Park. I can't wait to stay here again!

Relaxing weekend

Wonderful view of the river. Hanging out in the hot tub and listening to the water was so relaxing and a much needed weekend getaway.

Estes Family vacation

The condo was very clean and wonderful to stay in for a family of four. Having the deck overlook the Big Thompson was awesome. We enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Sweet getaway

Stayed here for our anniversary. We enjoyed the river directly behind the property. We were able to bike easily into RMNF. Quiet, serene stay with plenty of wildlife.

Peaceful with great views!

We loved our cute condo and enjoyed the wonderful views from every window. The hot tub was great and super clean. The location was perfect; it was close to town and RMNP and very quiet. Maintenance was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Weekend

Had such a great time in this home. The weather was not the best so I am glad we chose this great home. Between the fireplace and hot tub and the full service kitchen it made a rainy weekend into one of the best weekends we have had!!

Bugle Pointe Unit A09 with a hot tub

Loved everything about this unit and would stay again. Would suggest the owner update some of the bedroom furniture, kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets which are showing a lot of wear and tear. We had to be careful opening and closing cabinets that had been previously repaired and dressers had missing hardware.

Great Condo overlooking the River!

A beautiful property

This place was wonderful for our group of 5! We came to celebrate a bachelorette party and it was perfect. The private hot tub overlooking the creek was gorgeous! Beds were comfortable (the pullout couch was not, but I don’t normally expect them to be) and there was plenty of space for all of us. Everything was very clean as well, we would definitely come stay here again!

This place was exceptional. I highly recommend it. I should downplay it, so that it does not get overbooked! My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much that we already booked another trip out there at this same place in a few months again. It is a comfortable townhome right on the river. You can hear the river noise in the background. The deck has a private hot tub. The townhouse has lots of space with 2 masters and 2 bathrooms. We were very close to the downtown and had a nice dinner and breakfast at the cinnamon rolls place a mile away. Very nice stay
