Looking for a beautiful condo located in Mexico Beach just a few blocks to the beautiful white sandy beaches. Beautiful sunset from the back porch. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is on the 2nd level with parking on the first level. No elevator and only one short set of stairs. The condo is fully furnished and decorated beautifully. This unit has been completely remodeled like brand new on the outside & inside. New roof, vinyl siding, ac, windows, sliding door, exterior door, sheetrock, paint, flooring , beautiful landscaping and the list goes on. The living and dining areas are combined with the kitchen to provide open living space. The kitchen has granite countertops with a beautiful wood backsplash. The 2 bedrooms offers a balcony that over looks the canal, and a huge open balcony on the front. Palmetto Planation is gated and has under cover parking. Just a short bike ride (1/2 mile) to the beach!
The condo is cleaned thoroughly after the owner and every occupant leaves.
*There is WiFi.
*There is no cable service, so bring your Roku or Apple TV devices.

The Perfect Vacation Rental

We just had the best stay in this condo! Everything was put together beautifully with all of the amenities! The property manager was very easy to communicate with when needed. This place has everything you need for a beach vacation in a very nice community just a few steps from the beach. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying here again next time!

Excellent place - very clean

The place was very clean and had everything you need. We were a little disappointed that the water wasn’t as clear as in PCB but the beaches were beautiful! We explored a little in Port St. Joe and met friends for dinner. I would stay here again.

Clean and Inviting

All the check in information was prompt and accurate which always makes a good first impression. The property was a great location, minutes from the beach and but quiet. Will definitely stay here again if available the next time we visit MB.

Best condo and location on Mexico Beach

My 12 year old daughter and I went on vacation so we loved the security of a condo. Jacob was the best host - he had an album there for us to listen to, a bottle of wine for me, and beach towels and blankets. Of course all of the other amenities were there too. The place was so cute!!! My daughter was in Heaven. We went to the beach, read our books, listened to music, and slept peacefully! Thank you, Jacob! ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful Condo

From the beginning of our booking process to our checkout, our experience was positive. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and we felt welcome and at home. Communication with the owner was always prompt and he was very pleasant. Also a plus, since I am very tall, the high bed in the master bedroom and extra large tub in master bathroom were just PERFECT!!! We would definitely recommend this condo to others.
