Welcome to your perfect beach home getaway in St. Joe Beach! This dog friendly home is just a short 5 minute walk from the beach. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin, and 1 full bed). Plenty of parking for cars and even a boat. Only 10 minutes to Port St. Joe and less than 5 minutes to Mexico Beach. Inside you will find modern, updated amenities. Connect to the Wifi and stream on the Smart Tvs or enjoy a family game night with the games provided in the home. The kitchen was completely renovated in summer 2024 and is well-equipped. There is also a grill on the patio to enjoy cooking out and dinner on the porch. On the exterior of the home you will find an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day in the sun. You will also find a dining table for 6, sofa and coffee table, plus an upstairs deck with chairs and seasonal views of the ocean. Be sure to bring your boat along to enjoy all that the area has to offer with fishing, scalloping, and visiting the beautiful State Park out on Cape San Blas. The double entry driveway and parking on the side of the house allow for easy access to park a boat trailer plus your cars! There is easy access to put your boat in the water in Mexico beach (5 minutes away) or Port St. Joe (10 minutes). We can’t wait for y’all to enjoy this home as much as we have.
