Great location! Our home is close to most attractions that Mount Washington Valley offers. We are minutes away from a few ski resorts. There is also neighborhood hiking access to Mt. Stanton and a PRIVATE association BEACH located on the Saco River which is a great way to spend the hot summer days. Our home is at the end of a quiet road, so you’ll be able to relax after a long day of skiing, hiking and other fun activities. We are PET FRIENDLY!

Our open concept home was built in 2006; it features cathedral ceilings, TWO living rooms, FOUR bedrooms, THREE full baths, ample parking, an indoor gas fireplace and outdoor fire pit, and a gas grill on the deck. We have three TVs with cable, 400 Mbps internet, and Xbox in the playroom.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen. The dining table has seating for six and there is additional seating for four at the island. New linens and towels for our guest to use. The third -floor master bedroom has a New King-sized bed with private full bath and flat screen television. There are two bedrooms on the main level. The first has a Queen-sized bed. The other bedroom has two twin beds and share the 2nd full bathroom. This main level also includes the open concept family room, kitchen & dining area with access to large wrap around deck with patio furniture.
The ground level is the location of the 4th bedroom with two sets of twin-size bunk beds, the 3rd full bathroom, laundry room with full washer & dryer and the 2nd living room. This living room has a large flat screen TV (perfect for the kids). For rainy day fun, we have several family board games (Monopoly, Chess, Checkers , Bananagrams, playing cards, and a cribbage board)

Overall extremely happy with this property. Very clean and perfect for our needs. The walk to the beach is definitely a little longer than 5 minutes, but we throughly enjoyed swimming in the river. Great family vacation and will likely be back next summer.

3 women and 4 teen girls enjoyed our stay here. The location was great for our interests: shopping, hiking, restaurants, shops and storyland. The neighborhood is quiet and we loved sitting out on the deck as well as having access to the river, which was wonderful and we enjoyed it almost daily. We were a bit disappointed in the quality of mattresses, pillows, linens and fixtures. In general, the house could use some deep cleaning and the basement would benefit from a dehumidifier.

Perhaps you can give us some more details? Our cleaning crew does deep clean twice a tear and every cleaning includes almost everything in the house. This home was absolutely perfect for our family ski trip! The location couldn’t be better — right down the street from Attitash Mountain, making ski days incredibly easy, and just a short drive to restaurants and everything North Conway has to offer.The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay. It was easy to relax and feel at home after long days on the mountain. The host was wonderful — very responsive, accommodating, and made the entire stay seamless and stress-free.We would 100% stay here again for future ski trips and highly recommend this home to other families looking for a convenient, cozy, and well-cared-for place to stay.

We had a great stay at Teodora’s home. Teodora and her husband were communicative and accommodating for our party. My husband and myself (along with our adult son) stayed with another couple. There was plenty of room for everyone and the home had everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals at the home. We were able to take our small, older dog, with us which was a huge plus. The home was in a great location and very clean upon arrival. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Great location for skiing several locations and also hiking. For reference: 4 minute drive to attitash, 12 to Black my and 15 to Cranmore. Close to dining/shopping as well.

Very nice house. Close to restaurants shops, and numerous outdoor activities. The one thing that could have been better would be the livingroom furniture. Although, aesthetically nice, it was a bit uncomfortable to relax on after a day of activities. The bed in the master was very comfortable so that was a plus.

Fantastic Stay

The house was perfect for a group of guys looking to do the Mt. Washington summit hike. The kitchen was well equipped and the house in general had everything one would need. Communication was great and the house easy to access. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay with family

My husband and I brought our 3 young adult children away for a long weekend to go skiing. There was plenty of room for all of us, including our lab Theo. The location is perfect for skiing as well as shopping. We would definitely stay here again!
