Il a été entièrement rénové avec un style cottage sudiste classique et rempli de décor qui vous fera vous sentir comme chez vous! Situé au cœur de Franklin, vous êtes à quelques pas des restaurants, des spectacles, des boutiques, des magasins d'antiquités, du théâtre Franklin historique restauré, des cafés, des glaciers, des visites locales et plus encore! We had a wonderful stay at this cottage and it was very comfortable for four adults. We loved it upon sight! It was beautifully decorated, clean and in a great location. It was an easy walk to Franklin and a central location to many other Nashville sights. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay at The Garden Gate Cottage A while we were visiting Franklin. The cottage is quite charming and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture...which is important! The back porch was very relaxing and peaceful ...were kept company by numerous birds and rabbits. The cottage is walking distance to downtown Franklin. Franklin is beautiful and we will be returning...and will definitely be booking the cottage again! Many thanks to Matt. He is a gracious host and was very helpful with answering questions.

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures! Super clean too. Matt was awesome and responded right away to us. We rented both units in the home as we had two families traveling and it was so fun just walking across the front porch to them. The close proximity to downtown and the Factory was great as we just walked places. Would definitely rent these units again.

This was the cutest and cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. It was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures posted on the listing. It was the PERFECT location for walking to The Factory and historic downtown Franklin. The only drawback was that the family staying in the adjoining unit had two busy and very loud kiddos so when they were running around inside the house you could feel and hear it in our unit as well. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect for a girls trip. If we come back to Franklin there is no doubt this is where we would stay.
