We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. The listing details do share that there are renters in the basement. - While there is no television in the bedroom, we do offer television streaming services on a large-screen tv in the living room. The amenities for guest use can also be verified on the photos for verification before confirming a booking. - Communication is important to us and we maintain consistent availability. We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - the local contact would have been happy to help.
