Kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and spices.Hoise well set up, loves outdoor kitchen and hot tub. Each room had its own tv which was also a bonus. Host responsive and friendly. Would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

The property was one of the best we've stayed in (out of ~10 homes). Immaculate, well-stocked and maintained in A-1 condition. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with the back patio area facing the mountains, it was a great location. Also in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, hiking trails and Lake Havasu. We will definitely put this one on our rotation schedule next time we visit the Southwest. Thanks to both the property managers and the Owner for being so responsive and attentive to our simple requests. Quiet neighborhood suitable for a great family getaway...enjoy the sparkling pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen.

Everything was great the property was perfect , house was clean, and easy to access.

One suggestion I have is more blankets. The kitchen was well equipped and love the choice of two coffee makers ,traditional or Keurig.

Fantastic place!

This is probably my favorite VRBO rental of ALL TIME (not just in Havasu). The property itself was fantastic, and it didn't feel like a rental. They actually had all the things that one would want if it was their home. I will definitely try to book this place again, If I could, I would give it 10 out of 5 stars!

Perfect for two people

Came to Lake Havasu for a powerboat event and this place worked great. Large driveway for a 32' boat and close to the Havasu Riviera Marina. The house was clean and quiet with a nice patio and small pool for a quick cool off.

The house was beautiful and the pool was great. The whole family enjoyed it. The only issue was cleanliness. There was trash in the master bedroom dresser. The carpet in the master had a big hard crunchy stain. Some of the silverware was dirty and with other dishes.

Lake Havasu Winter Break

This was our first trip to Lake Havasu. We were glad the VRBO was in a residential setting because it was spring break and the London Bridge area was crowded with students. We enjoyed the home. The kitchen has all the spices that anyone could need. In addition, laundry soap, dish and dishwasher soap, garbage bags and toilet paper were well stocked. (this isn't always the case in VRBOs.) There were a few minor problems with the home but we communicated the concerns and the VRBO contact reassured us that they would be addressed. We ended each day's adventure in the hot tub so we could enjoy an evening cocktail and the sunsets.

Great place!!

We loved this place! I booked this for a long girls weekend for me and 5 friends and it was amazing. We loved the view from the back pool area as well as enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fire pit. The home has all the amenities that we had hoped for (including a small fan which was an added bonus). It was clean, plenty of towels (bath and pool) and a great set up. Located more in a quieter neighborhood was nice for downtime and sleeping. The neighbors were super friendly as well. The house is close to the grocery store and to SARA park where we hiked (the Crack trail...so cool). Downtown is only 10-15 minutes away which was easy to travel to. We chose to not heat the pool as the cost was more than we were anticipating, but the hot tub (although a little small) was great, especially at the end of the day. Our contact person for the house was quick to respond with some questions prior to our arrival. They were accommodating to our weird time requests which was greatly appreciated! All in all, we had an amazing time and can't wait to visit Lake Havasu again.

What a wonderful house!!

This house lives up to the pictures and description. After staying at various vacation rental homes over the past 7 years, we've found our favorite! The sunset views were gorgeous. The backyard and pool were wonderful. The house is very well stocked and outfitted for any cooking you would want to do. The quiet neighborhood is conveniently located to the market and gas stations but feels private. Our 21-foot boat fit in the garage (with the swing-away tongue), which was super convenient during the monsoon rains. The property manager made the check-in and check-out process welcoming and super convenient. I don't want to rave too much because we absolutely want to stay here again and want it to be available for our vacation dates!! LOL

Amazing getaway....soul quenching

This property was amazing and perfect! Tastefully furnished and decorated. Shower in Master was delightful. Pool and hot tub were delightful and sparkling. There is not one thing you will need in this house besides yourself, loved ones, clothing and toiletries... very well appointed. Can't wait to bring the rest of my family here!!!!

Great Spring Break!

Really enjoyed our stay. Pool and back patio are awesome, just like the pictures show. House was ultra clean. Had one minor issue pop up during the week and the property manager replied immediately. Will definitely be back!
