Cette maison jumelée / spa dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Confortable pour 2 familles, avec un lit king et 50 "TV dans le maître, lit Queen et TV dans la deuxième chambre, la troisième chambre peut accueillir 4 avec un lit double sur double lit superposé et un tiroir arrière en dessous a également une télévision et DVD pour les enfants. Salle de lavage intérieur et aspirateur central. La table de la salle à manger peut accueillir 8 avec un siège supplémentaire pour 6 sur les tabourets de bar au bar. L'arrière-cour est conçu pour se divertir avec un patio couvert et beaucoup de sièges pour profiter de la vue sur la piscine. La table de patio assise 8, les chaises longues sont sur le patio et une table à 4 chaises au spa. La piscine et le spa surdimensionnés peuvent être chauffés au propane et disposent d'un toboggan en verre carrelé pour garder les enfants amusés. Profitez du son apaisant de 2 cascades. BBQ à gaz pour votre cuisine en plein air. Le salon dispose d'un téléviseur de 55 ". Billard et table de ping-pong sont dans le garage pour votre divertissement. Beaucoup de places de stationnement dans le garage du bateau, d'une profondeur de 38 pieds, pouvant être refroidies avec son propre refroidisseur de marais. Il y a également un parking sur le côté de la maison. Direct TV, wifi et ligne fixe pour tous vos appels téléphoniques locaux. RO et adoucisseur d'eau. Locations mensuelles pendant les mois d’hiver de décembre à mars seulement.

Great house!

Very clean and well stocked! I would definitely stay here again. It would be nice if they had keypad entrance for the for the front door so you dont have to carry a key.

The house was easy to get into. There were no hassles. Nadine sent us the key code to the lock box, we got the key and entered the house. Easy and hassle free. We had a great time! The house was spacious! The kitchen was the center point for the family to come together and visit.We all had a great time and will go again!

Relaxing, wonderful kitchen. Instructions were easy to follow. Slide was crazy when dismounting we all have a bruise on our left hip (lol). Enjoyed playimg ping pong, fossball and playing pool (at night the garage is hot in the summer)

Vacation Home

Very pleasant stay overall. the location was good because there were grocery stores close by as well as a car wash that was one of the best around. We had some issues with the pool and spa malfunctioning and Nadine quickly took care of that. The WIFI is a bit weak[my wife uses it for her work from home]but again Nadine did what she could to get it working for her. The pool was a bit expensive to heat, but we used the spa often and it heated up quickly. A very quiet neighborhood and a garage/ game room was nice when we just wanted to chill at home. I wouldn't hesitate to rent another time if we were in the area.

Great house

We had a great time at this house. The pictures are spot on with what the house and pool looked like. We stayed with two families and we had plenty of room. Of note... one toilet was broken but the property management responded quickly to get it fixed. It did look like this was a new vrbo rental. Many household items that are normally present in rental homes needed to be purchased ... trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher soap. Overall a good experience 👍🏼

Wonderful Home for Entertaining

This is a lovely home. The attention to detail makes you feel at home from the moment you enter. The great room is an outstanding place for gathering, sharing a meal, or working together in the kitchen. The outdoor entertaining area is incredible with plenty of space, seating, and individual areas for small groups to gather. The pool, spa, waterfalls, and slide are all beautiful and so relaxing. If we were to provide constructive feedback, we would please ask that the garage refrigerator be much cooler, that the air conditioning in the home provide more cooling on the 100+ days (the interior was in the mid-80's at night), and that the cleaning staff provide more than 1 roll of toilet paper - having 1 in each bathroom is pretty stingy. Overall, it was an incredible home with close proximity (12 minutes) to the lake's water sports and a relaxing haven after a full day at the lake. Thank you to the property manager!

Hard Pass

This home was about 500 dollars above the average rental in the area for the same weekend. I went with this home only because the photos of the pool seems nice. In person the pool needs some work. The tile was falling off and the pool was due for maintenance, as some of the pumps weren’t working. The pool and outside furniture was dirty and the pool toys were broken. The inside of the house was also dirty, we arrived with a special gift floating in the toilet. The sofa was ripped and one chair had some oily stain. The list of rules was a bit much also. I don’t know why I paid a cleaning fee if I have to clean the property myself. The AC could only be set to 75, which I wish I would have known prior to booking. Overall, hard pass on this property. I have a list of other things but I don’t want to ramble on.

We appreciate all reviews, positive and negative, it helps us to insure you have a pleasant vacation stay. We are sorry you found your stay unpleasant. Unfortunately, if we are not notified during the time of your stay, we are not able to correct any issues or concerns. Management was never contacted by you with any complaints during your stay. We would like to address some of your concerns: 1. The loose Jacuzzi rock is being removed to prevent from having it fall into the pool. It will be resurfaced in October when the weather is cooler to allow us to empty the pool in a safe manner. In the meantime, the use of the pool andJacuzzi have not been affected. 2. Yes, we did notice a small seam coming apart in the couch, however, it is only noticeable if the cushions are removed so that the couch can be used as a bed, which of course is not allowed. 3. The pool is serviced weekly and new equipment was installed a few months ago. The pool is in good working order. 4. The A/C sign specifically states not to go below 75 degrees upon arrival. When it is 115 degrees outside, lowering the thermostat below 75 will only freeze the unit. Once it gets within 5 degrees of 75, you are free to set the temperature to whatever makes you comfortable. 5. Some of the pool toys were supplied, others left behind by renters over time. We recommend bringing your own as most do. 6. Outdoor furniture is a constant battle for us living in the desert with the rain, desert winds and dust. We strongly advise all renters to contact their property manager with any issues or concerns for help or advisement.

The perfect family house for us. We ended up leaving the lake a couple hours early everyday just to get back to the pool. I will be looking for this house every trip to Havasu now.

Great House w/ ALL Amenities- KIDS LOVE THIS PLACE!

The house is located on a quite street in a newly developed area. The front landscape matches the desert around you and has ample parking in garage, driveway and in front of driveway. Once inside, sectional couch with two chairs, comfortable seating 8 people. Each bedroom was good size and the master bedroom has a door out to backyard - easy early morning coffee retreat :) The garage has EVERYTHING your kids can dream of! Ping Pong, board games, Foosball, Pool table and cornhole boards - we ALL had a great time hanging the garage and playing the games. The Pool is so FUN!!! The slide the kids couldn't get enough of and the lounging step made it nice for the adults to hang too! The jacuzzi was nice when heated and the entire backyard was very inviting to chill, BBQ, and relax after a long day on the lake. The lake is just a short 10 minute drive - appreciated the distance from the hustle and bustle of the lake atmosphere. We loved the house and will definitely book again in the future. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

The place was awesome! We went to Havasu to spend Thanksgiving with my parents but their place was too small. This home was perfect for our event. The kids really enjoyed the games in the garage and the heated pool and hot tub were great. We were very impressed and will rent again in the future.

This property beyond exceeded our expectations, the pictures don’t do justice. It was beautiful and spacious. The outdoor area and pool were nothing short of amazing. The only “issue” was one of the water falls weren’t running and the lights in the pool wouldn’t come on, neither of which took away from a good time. A couple of the rocks fell off the spa wall and property management responded right away and was great to deal with. Will definitely be renting again.

An amazing time before school starts with the Kiddo's!

Nadine was incredible and the house was perfect. The pool and slide truly made the trip for our Kiddo's and they were so excited. We appreciate Nadine for being so proactive and sending us instructions before we even asked. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home,..amazing backyard! I have family in Havasu and have stayed in a few rental homes there. This home has been our favorite. The pool was amazing! Spent a lot of time out there. Had everything we needed, well stocked, clean and comfy. We couldn’t find the balls to play with the pool table, it was a little too hot in the garage anyways and we wanted to spend all our time in the water anyways. So I didn’t bother calling or asking. Definitely will try to get this house again next time I’m back in Lake Havasu. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Early checkn in was great since Heat wave hit and needed to leave melting items in house Kids loved the pool looks better in person everything work pool toys were great A.C work amazing Master bedroom is the best other rooms could of been bigger but okay great big driveway for trailers and Manger was quick to respond with any questions stop scrolling this is the house your looking for

Very good! Would stay here again

Great location close to everything. House worked out well for a family trip and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Some areas it could be better- -We were worried about propane use with heating the spa or pool because of all the cautions about being charged for this. Would be helpful to have some estimates of what it costs to heat so you aren’t stressing on this during vacation if you are cost conscious. -why a lower score for cleanliness was there were lots of webs and bugs in corners of ceilings, thick dust coating many surfaces and ledges/blinds. If you have allergies or are a neat freak this place isn’t for you. We just ignored this stuff and enjoyed the great pool.
