The apartment, located in a 18th century building, is a luxury "vertical loft", created thanks to the skillful renovation of an ancient haystack carried out by a a renowned architect. Upon entering you will be surrounded by the harmony of a structure without walls and a ceiling of exposed beams.
It has a large, open living room with working fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room on the first level.
On the second level there are two bedrooms and the corresponding bathrooms.
On the thir level a studio with two large desks, the wi-fi router and a printer,

Bellissimo!

Communication before and throughout our stay was excellent. Apartment just as pictured. Great location in Trastevere. Maria was a wonderful host; helpful and sincere. Close to JCU where our daughter was studying abroad. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Wonderful place, lovely host

We - 3 adults + 1 child - had the absolute pleasure of staying in Maria’s lovely home in Trastevere. The appartment is beautiful, clean and stylish with a nice, homely feeling and with plenty of space for four people. Maria was absolutely lovely and a very friendly host - she really made us feel right at home and it was truly a pleasure to meet her. Our best recommendations - we would come back in a heartbeat !

Henrik and his family were ideal guests. Nice, friendly, enthusiastic and very respectful with my apartment, which they left perfectly tidy and in order. Meeting them was such a pleasure that I promised to call them if I should go to Copenhagen, where they offered to guide me at the discovery of their city. I highly recommend them as guests.

Merveilleux et formidable

Quel bel appartement et quelle belle rencontre. Sensible à l’agencement, à l’art et à la littérature nous avons été émerveillés par ce petit bijoux dans Trastevere. Mais ce qui fut formidable, c’est la rencontre avec Maria qui nous a touché en plein cœur Merci

Hosting William and Margaux has been a real present from life! A beautiful, cultivated, charming, interesting, open-minded.... (the list could be much much longer) couple. I definitely hope to meet them again somewhere in the world. And they are the best possible guests: my place was left in perfect order and almost cleaner than when they arrived! Thank you!

Great place to stay

Beautiful appartment in a quiet yet central Part of Trastevere, very nice neighbourhood , lots of little food shops and a market nearby. Appartment itself is very stylish with an airy architecture and cosy sofas to sit and relax, not to mention the owners library…very nice and helpful owner who was always available for questions and help. Would definetly com back!

Christian and his friends were the best guest ever. They stayed for 10 days, and when they left everything in the apartment was as tidy and in order as when they arrived. They even left me complimentary coffee! I would certainly be more than happy to welcome them again, and possibly spend some time with them.

Appartamento perfetto!

We had an amazing 4-night stay! Maria was the perfect host and her home is wonderful. Every single thing we needed was there. The set-up of the apartment worked perfectly for our family of 4 (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plenty of seating and space to spread out) and is ideally located in the heart of Trastevere but on a quiet street. We were able to walk everywhere and sleep soundly after such active days in Rome! We will definitely stay in this unique and beautiful apartment on a return to Rome. Thank you, Maria, for your hospitality!

Katie and his family were the perfect guests! A friendly and lovely family who left the apartment in perfect order and as tidy as they found it. They even run the dishwasher before leaving… I will be delighted to host them again if they should come back to Rome in the future.
