Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Initially I was concerned about some older prior reviews of the condition of the property. Reached out to the property manager and they reassured me that the property has been renewed. So glad we decided on this property because the property was in excellent condition as the property manager assured us. The location was beautiful with views off the covered porch onto the golf course and background of the beach. We spent most as much time as we could out there enjoying it. We brought our dog and he enjoyed just sitting at the railing watching everything from above. Inside the unit was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the living area made our evenings relaxing. Beds were all comfortable for our nights. The development itself was great with 2 community pool options and a full service snack grill at one of them. As I mentioned we brought our dog and the community was very pet friendly with our pup making many new friends. The only thing to consider is the beach has natural coral formations in sections that have to be watched out for when swimming, but this made for fun tidal pools to explore. All in all HIGHLY recommend this property. We hope to come back in the future

A Family Get-Together

Actually, we can't say enough good things about this woman! Upon our arrival we saw there were very few glasses, no serving spoons, no metal bowls, cutlery, etc. and we were there for our Thanksgiving feast! For example, the cookie sheets were small and made of Teflon which was scratched. The pots and pans were few and all were crumbling Teflon and scratched. When I contacted Crystal and explained we were cooking for 8 of us and needed better kitchen supplies, she got us all of the pots and pans, cutlery, etc. that I needed!! There were also only a few towels, etc. and she ordered those and had those appear the next day too! Like magic! She saved our Thanksgiving!! Thank you to Crystal!!Crystal is the best property manager. And she had it to us, delivered a few days before Thanksgiving!

The condo was a real disappointment

The condo was in bad shape! Needs new carpeting, furniture, bedding and linens as well as fresh paint throughout . If this is done then I would recommend this unit! Until then, stay away! Location, beach, pools and staff were all great. Especially our property manager, Crystal. She was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. I would stay here again, just not kn unit 345!!

We were very pleased with the accommodations and even more pleasedbthat we could bring our dogs! Plenty of room for everyone. Our family was able to visit. I will be recommending and we will be booking again. Our family truly enjoyed everything, we were a short walk to the beach and had beautiful views of the golf course and the ocean.

Overall Cinnamon Beach facilities are great. Some minor concerns. Ceiling around air vents has some mold (discoloration) and needs to be cleaned. Sink garbage disposal did not work; facility maintenance quickly came and discovered 2 pennies in disposal. He started to lecture my wife about not letting kids but pennies in disposal. She explained we have 2 high school girls, so no one is playing with coins; heck who carries change anymore on vacation. He said "mam, the unit was check last night". He still a little snarky after she said that, like he didn't believe her, so a bit disappointing. When we left, the dishwasher would not start either.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Cinnamon beach condos many times. We were disappointed this time, however. We stayed in unit 345 in building 400. This unit was so outdated. The table legs had duct tape around the bottom, the sofas were worn and frayed with flat pillows that looked dirty. The towels and washcloths were stained and dingy. The bedding was faded, dated, and obviously not changed after each stay. The carpet was filthy and even sticky in places. For what we paid, this is unacceptable. Otherwise, the staff at Cinnamon Beach were helpful and friendly.

We all had plenty of space, and the furnishings were more than adequate. We were very pleased with the access to games and books. The balcony was very well furnished with comfortable seating. Everyone really appreciated having three full baths. My only suggestion is to consider putting ceiling fans with lights in the bedrooms. The lighting in the bedrooms wasn’t adequate at night of if curtains were drawn during the day. Overall an amazing rental.

Reviewer Comments: Unit 345 was as described in listing, it was very clean and well maintained including plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking. the golf course and ocean view from patio is wonderful for relaxing and the beach is very laid back and not crowdwd.The property manager was available for battery change in smoke detector within 15 minutes and very apoligetic for the inconvenience.I would recommend this property and Cinnamon Beach Vacations to friends and family.The ride to St Augustine and Flagler Beach is close and convenient with plenty to do and lots of restaurants to enjoy as well as the local resaurants in the Hammock Beach area.
