A partir de ce 4ème étage face à l'océan beauté vous apprécierez un mobilier flambant neuf tout au long, grande cuisine avec coin repas pour profiter des repas de la cuisine du chef personnalisé. La chambre d'hôtes dispose de 2 lits superposés pour garder les enfants divertir pendant que les parents apprécient
un cocktail sur le grand balcon donnant sur le magnifique océan Atlantique.

Détendez-vous et faire une sieste aux sons de l'océan dans la chambre reine suite avec sa propre salle de bain privée.
La suite principale du roi se sent comme à la maison avec sa promenade de salle de bain spacieuse dans un bain de douche et bain à remous.
Vous pourrez vous détendre après une longue journée au soleil et du sable dans la salle familiale très confortable. Pop dans un film sur le grand téléviseur à écran plat avec lecteur Blu-Ray.

Great condo, but needs some TLC

Great corner unit condo with easy access to the beach. It was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The unit needs some TLC (curtains were falling down in two rooms, several burned out light bulbs etc) but otherwise it was a nice condo and we would rent it again.

Great Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Cinnamon Beach this was our third year renting. This unit seemed below the standards of our previous rentals. It is a beautiful location and the views and the pool were amazing. The unit wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The kids said the sheets were dirty on one bed and it did look like drool marks on one bed. The appliances are all in need of replacement. The washer leaked a little each time we used it. The oven had issues with the temperature and the dishwasher door was hard to latch. We enjoyed our stay and will likely return but would be unlikely to return to this unit.

Great Condo

Condo and property were very comfortable and well maintained. However there was a problem with the main TV not being able to get regular cable. Maintenance staff member came to assist 2x. After shutting off tv it had to be rebooted each time. The other concern was the beach and the boulders in the water. The kids were not able to swim. They used the community pool only, which got very crowded. Wish we had known that prior to booking. Overall a great stay! Thank you

Perfect location- awesome view!!!

We loved the location. It’s right on the ocean and the balcony is huge with very nice outdoor furniture. the unit was clean and very spacious. (We were a party of 7) The beach is clean and not crowded. Only downfall is that the beach has many large rocks as you enter the ocean, so it’s hard to swim/body surf/etc. The pools were very nice, plenty of seating options.

Unforgettable Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience as a whole was great. We were not ready to leave! The unit is nicely decorated and very spacious. Tall ceilings, wide hallway and large rooms. Since there is a lot of tile throughout, it can be noisy. The bunk bedroom has as very weak tv signal but the kids mostly played anyway. They loved the game room at the clubhouse, a big bonus for us if we needed to get out without driving somewhere. The beach seems a little rocky but I think this is a place we’d return to.

Dirty and worn!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed. We stayed at a different condo there last year so this unit was a big letdown. The place was very dirty and worn. The master bathroom had mold build up underneath cabinet next to shower, the shower had mold stained caulk that needed to be replaced and tons of mold under shower door. Both bathtubs in other bathrooms had rings of dirt and grime around them. The toilets were obviously never scrubbed because when we did black mold and gook kept coming off until after 5 flushings. The woodwork in the entire place was filthy - dirt, dust and hair. It was listed as “New Living Room” but the couches and chair were worn and very dirty. The dining room chairs were also dirty and stained. Kitchen chairs were not only dirty with crumbs and dust, all of them were wobbly to the point where 3 of them were dangerous and unuseable. The chairs not only needed to be tightened but all cabinet/drawer knobs did too. Most of the kitchen utensils were grimey and had to be washed before we could use them as well as the coffee pot which was just a cheap and old Mr. Coffee - no Keurig here. Did love the wonderful ocean view that this unit had but the balcony rails were also dirty and needed a good power washing.

Notes are for owner, not general public

It’s a wonderful property and location but here are some suggestions: Bed pillows should all be replaced as they are very old and some stained. The carpet in the dining room should be retacked down. We had to put a chair at one corner to prevent tripping. Chipped plates detract from the the overall beauty of the condo. Finally, it appears no one enforces pool rules. We left after a few minutes because of rowdy preteens. Perhaps the pool experience at the ocean pool would have been better, but it was closed during our stay. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great family beach escape!

Clean, well stocked, perfect view. So close to beach access and the pools. Quiet at night, so nice to hear the crashing waves. Only negative are the rocks so bring beach shoes. Would stay here again.
