Be aware.....there is no Washer or Dryer! This is the 2nd year we have stayed here, this year we found out there was no washer and dryer. When I reached out to the host he said "oh ya, you can go to a laundromat in town", "the dryer is broke and because other guests have misused it I don't think I'm going to replace it". I certainly don't want to spend my vacation at a laundromat all because he is too lazy to repair/replace or because another guest misused it. I feel every VRBO should have a washer & dryer for guests! It is rude to expect me to go to a local laundromat.

Yankton fishing trip

We stayed at the apartment for two nights while we were in Yankton for a fishing trip. It was a great location and could even see the river from our front door.

Perfect getaway

Location is great. Directly above a fantastic restaurant. Next door the 1872 Saloon with karaoke and a relaxed vibe. Comfortable beds and clean from top to bottom.

Great 5 night trip!!!

We really enjoyed this bright apartment. Being right by the river, restaurant's, bars and walking paths was brill. It was spacious and plenty of seating for some of the family when they joined us for a pizza. It was quiet at night to sleep and the home was well stocked with almost anything you needed. Clean bedding and towels were plenty!!Coffee in the morning out on the deck was a plus!!!!

loved the property.

loved the location for what i was doing. The main bedroom balcony door couldn't be locked ant the blinds were falling apart and hard to close.

Comfy flat, great location.

Nice flat, located across the street from a park along the river, and walking distance to eateries and pubs. Spacious living area, lots of seating, newer appliances and TV. Very clean, lots of towels. Nice, responsive owner. Please note that the steep stairs up to the flat will be a challenge for some and requires careful navigation for all. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

Stayed here over hockey state tournament with my son. For just a little more money than a hotel room, we both had our own rooms, bathroom is big, the living room / dining room / kitchen are huge. A ton of counter space for entertaining. My son had 3 teammates over to play games both nights and they loved the big table to play the games.

Noise is an Issue

The property was spacious and nice enough. It could use a deep cleaning. But the real issue is noise. There is a popular outdoor drinking establishment across the street from the property that gets really loud in the evening and into the early morning. The street noise destroyed out experience at this property.

Hi Mary, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. - The listing advertises this property as a downtown apartment and states that it is located above a restaurant and close to many other bars and attractions. - While most guests enjoy being able to walk to so many different places, we realize it is not an ideal rental for those looking for a quieter experience. - The homeowners wanted to thank you for letting them know about the dust. The apartment has since been deep-cleaned. We encourage future renters to thoroughly review the listing before booking to ensure they find the perfect home for their needs!

Fabulous apartment!

Myself and my archery coach were coming in to town do a tournament from Northern Mn and we were so pleased with our stay in this property. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect - walking distance to bars, dining, and downtown shopping, plus a great view of the river while we ate breakfast each morning on the balcony. Plenty of room to have our friends over before going out and for winding down after a night on the town. This place made for a perfect friends weekend.

There is a coffee pot and a Kuerig there and neither one works. I am assuming it didn’t work for the last people as there were still dry grounds in it.

Nice apartment in Yankton

I think the pictures tell the story of the property nicely… It has a very impressive family room, and really the whole facility was nice. It is located on top of a restaurant and has an awkward entrance… But other than that the place was very nice with really good views. Located right across the street from a park that borders the Missouri River. Easy to walk downtown and there are plenty of bars in Yankton. Our favorite was the Walnut Tavern. Lots of people and lots of energy. One thing we discovered in the area we were in there were not a lot of good restaurant options, but the one we found was a wonderful Mexican place called Mexico Viejo.
