Located on the South side of the Lewis and Clark lake, this secluded cabin is great for a relaxing weekend. Family friendly with a fire pit, covered porch, pellet grill and close encounters with wildlife. Close to the beach with a great community within Walker Valley. This cabin is also 1/2 a mile from CJ's at the lake and 15 minutes from Yankton, South Dakota.

We have stayed here twice now! Absolutely love the cabin and the area its located. We had everything we needed. It was nice to have the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. We plan on making it an annual stay!

Birthday Weekend Getaway

We absolutely love this cabin. We have celebrated my birthday weekend at this little piece of heaven for two years in a row! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. The check in process is super easy. Communication with the owner was great. The cabin is kind of hidden and tucked away which is great for privacy and sitting on the porch enjoying the wildlife. The smoker on the covered porch is a nice touch, in case of rain, youre covered. The backyard has a nice firepit. The neighborhood is friendly and the river is just a short walk away. Highly recommend this property!

Awesome cabin!

We had such a blast staying here! The location is perfect. It is within a short walk to the lake and a quick drive to the marina. There is plenty of room in the driveway to park trailers. The cabin had everything we needed! We'll definitely be back!

Great family getaway

Great location to MO River, boat access through NE State Park. GPS was accurate, but prepare for steep inclines. Dont bring kids bikes unless you're planning to take them to bike trails to ride. Our family if 6 skrpt comfortably; all amenities of home away from home! Watched deer and fox at twillight while playing cards on the porch area. Family memories.

This is the perfect location for a weekend getaway. The cleanliness of the cabin exceeded my expectations. The host was great at communicating with us. I would definitely stay again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was a beautiful location and perfect for what we were needing. The house was extremely clean and the host was very helpful with any questions I had. If you’re looking for a weekend stay with your family or friends this is the perfect place!

Great cabin near Yankton.

The cabin was excellent! Clean, neat, well stocked with towels, dishes etc. and very well decorated. The owner was a great communicator and very accommodating. The only problem we had was finding the place... Google was way off! But once we got there, we loved it! Just a heads up, if you don't have 4-wheel drive, the driveway can be very challenging. All six of us loved the cabin and had a great time!

Awesome little cabin!

Great spot for my family to stay! We have 4 kids and this cabin had more than enough space for us. It was clean and had everything we needed and more. The location to the dam, weigand and water were great!

Great place to stay.

We had trouble with finding the house at first, because google took us to the wrong area. The owner answered right away and helped us find it. The house and property are very nice and clean. This was my first time using Vrbo and everything went smoothly with check in to check out. The owner recommended 4-wheel drive vehicle to get to the house and we definitely needed it from time to time. Overall a very nice stay!

Great stay, fabulous location

This cabin is very clean and the location is beautiful and peaceful. My husband and I and our teenager stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. Owner was very responsive. Entry into the cabin was easy. Located a 5-10 minute walk to a very small community private beach. We are glad we arrived during the day because the area has some gravel roads and the first time finding the cabin can be a little tricky but the owner provided a map which was helpful. We had rented a SUV and used all-wheel-drive to get up the short steep driveway that leads to the cabin. A fabulous stay.
