Our aim is to ensure that your visit is as enjoyable as possible, and it is heartening to hear that we have met your expectations. Regarding the neighborhood, it is typically known for its tranquility, and there is a well-established quiet time in place. To address any potential concerns, we have taken the initiative to contact the Homeowners' Association (HOA). As a result, we now provide guests with a dedicated contact number to report any noise-related issues or complaints. This step is intended to further enhance the peacefulness of your stay. In the future, please note, there is a dedicated contact number to report any noise-related issues or complaints. The community has quiet hours which should be respected. The house is only stocked with starter supplies. Sorry, if this was not communicated. There are ample pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Also, an air fryer and crock pot are provided for your convenience. We look forward to your next visit."

Hi Jaymi, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns. - As soon as we were made aware of your concerns of cleanliness, we promptly responded and offered to send our cleaning team back to the home. to which you politely declined. We have since followed up with our cleaning service to ensure they pay closer attention to detail so future guetss do not share the same experience. - We were unable to address your maintenance concerns during your stay due to your request for privacy. - We take our guest feedback seriously, and after hearing your feedback, we have since addressed these items of concern. In addition we have taken additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and the cleanliness of our property. We have thoroughly cleaned the icemaker, and this will now be a part of the routine cleaning inbetween guest stays. The outdoor pool area has been cleaned, and the lanai concrete floor was santitized and buffed. The chair with the rusty leg has been removed. Outdoor cushions were sanitized and cleaned. No mold was found on the shower curtains or linings, but we sanitized the bathrooms with mold and mildew cleaners which is part of our cleaning routine for our properties. We will continue to keep extra linen including wash clothes, towels, and hand towels available for guests. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
