Spacious house, the pool area was very dirty, definitely not cleaned before our stay. The bug screen door out to the pool area fell off the property is poorly maintained , reported issues to Shawna who arranged for it to be cleaned within a day. Overall a nice house for a family. Long drive to universal studios the traffic is always very heavy . Disney slightly less time.Too many rules , air con too high Perhaps in the hot summer months It is needed to cool the house but at times during our stay it felt cold ( October) our personal opinion the air con cannot be touched as it is in a locked box , very odd !! The house is in a nice quiet areaSupermarkets and shopping in the surrounding area .You are expected to strip all beds and put a wash on even though they only provide you with 2 washing pods .Overall we had a pleasant stay , disappointed with a few things .We wouldn’t stay here again.

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay as we always appreciate our guest input. As regarding your situations you stated, the pool was cleaned before your arrival as we stated to you, we have had rain daily, so it had a little debris from the rain. We came back out and cleaned it as well as the deck. The screen door on the sliding door is on a spring isn't on the side to be used as you pushed it over to use with the glass door and it kept popping off as we've never had anyone using this. We did remove it. As for the temperature if you were not comfortable with the temperature, you could have asked us to adjust it as we gladly would have. That is locked so it is not abused. You are not required to do a lot of things as we only ask you to do the stripping of the beds as it does help. Also, it does state in the arrival to have your own soaps as we only provide you with starter kits of everything. I am sorry it wasn't the perfect place for you as we do strive for excellence in making sure our homes are in perfect condition and that our guest is satisfied.

We do have the property exterminated monthly but it doesn't kill lizards or mosquitos. Thanks again for staying with us and we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay!
