Overall the property was great for what we needed. Our stay included 10 adults, and the six bedrooms worked perfectly for everyone. I do wanna commend the owner for not putting one of the beep alarms on the sliding door for the pool. It was so helpful this time not having that as we’ve experienced it in the past and it is super annoying. The hot tub and pool were amazing. The jets in the hot tub were perfect for an evening after the parks highly recommend getting the pool heated in the evenings. It was a little cool so it felt great. Only downside I would say is the living room furniture was not really practical for 10 adults. The furniture looked more like it came from a college dorm room and you had this gorgeous dining room table in the other room that no one used so it seemed like a lot of waste of space and we couldn’t all sit together.

Fantastic house and pool, Windsor Hills is a no brainer as the location is so great for Disney and grocery shopping. So much space to spread out and relax, one of the best heated pools we have ever used.

Great house and great property! If you plan to use uber while you are here make sure you tell them to go to main entrance gate every time because GPS takes you to the side gates that can’t be used.

It was in a great location close to everything. The only hiccup was the glass slide in door needs the lock repaired. Keith was excellent at getting back to us with any questions we had.

Thank you for your feedback. For safety and liability reasons, we don’t provide pool toys or floats, and while we have offered board games in the past, they were often damaged or incomplete. Our home is a guest favorite, and we consistently pride ourselves on delivering a 5‑star experience, which is reflected in the majority of our reviews. We appreciate your input and will always consider thoughtful suggestions as we continue maintaining a high standard for our guests. Thanks again for your stay!
