This stunning two storey, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is nestled in the quiet cove of Geographe Bay. These tranquil waters are only meters from the front door, via a private beach access, allowing guests to delight in the peace and seclusion of this luxury home away from the hectic pace of modern life.

This fully furnished and equipped spacious home with large living room, family room, dining room, kitchen and alfresco area provides ample room for family get togethers or space for private contemplation. Every room has individually controlled reverse cycle air-conditioning, allowing guests to remain comfortable in every weather condition. All appliances, furnishings and fittings are of the highest quality adding to the total experience of a holiday at Halcyon Bay.

Facilities: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 queen beds, 2 single beds (can be made as a king bed on request), 4 bunk beds, sleeps 10.

Features: Foxtel; Air conditioned throughout all bedrooms & living room; Flat Screen TV, DVD, CD; Private BBQ area; Separate sitting room; Master bedroom with spa ensuite; Upstairs bedroom with ensuite & balcony; Parking for 2 vehicles; Please note internet is not provided at this property.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided; not beach towels. We also supply a STARTER PACK of essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, dishwashing liquid, 2 x toilet rolls per toilet to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay

All facilities are presented in good faith but due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control we do not guarantee the availability of any particular item or service during your stay though we will make every reasonable effort to ensure all is in order.

The house was clean and tidy. The owner met us there, so check in was easy.

We had a great time, ideally located close to beach. The street was really quiet so the kids could ride bikes/scooters on the road. The kitchen could do with more cutlery and maybe some plastic plates for smaller children

GREAT LOCATION AND SPACE

Everything we needed. Great access to the beach, beach walks, and township. Three bathrooms was a bonus as we stayed with two other couples so all had our own private areas. Everything supplied was perfect. House was very clean. Quality of linens and towels was really good too!. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful Stay

We have stayed in this property before and, once again, had a lovely stay. The house was a cool refuge from the Summer heat and was very well equipped. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and close to the beach and other amenities. We especially loved the shady path walkway leading into central Dunsborough. Thankyou! Would highly recommend!

6 in our group for a weekend away from Perth. Loved our stay. The house is cosy, very clean and inviting. Well equipped kitchen with enough cutlery & utensils.
