Balian the Old Frontier, away from the hustle and bustle. To be more clear the ensuite bathrooms as shown in pics are authentic Balinese style, with high walls so you can star gaze or look at garden, depending on your height, and also with rain blinds if one wants to close off the view or if its raining. There is air con yes in bedrooms and ceiling fans in other areas as this type of Limasun house has very high roof and most of the year gets a sea breeze but sitting under the fans works for me when Im there. Laundry service is available thru staff and inexpensive, this is usual in Bali. We always suggest to use our driver for transfer to Balian as Nyoman does stop at ATM and Western superemarket if supplies are required. In Balian there is Indomart and local veg market. and we have great delivery service for meals from warungs and cafe nearby, menus provided, motor scooters available for rent and our driver available. We also have organic fruit veg and supplies delivery service from mountain area for long stays, which I always use when Im there, some long stays also use Go Jak for delivery from Bali Buddha which is easy and delivered on motor bike so doesnt take so long with Bali traffic.
