The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, walk-in butlers pantry, dishwasher, gas cook top and oven.
There is also a breakfast bench attached to the kitchen which is a perfect space for breakfast for up to 5 or even pre dinner drinks.
The indoor dining area is available for 12, seamlessly connecting to the outside area through bi-fold glass doors with an outdoor table available for upto 8.

Bi-fold doors allow you to expand the inside living to the out, offering a comfortable lounge area with TV and Netflix availability, Weber BBQ and large spa. All in an enclosed backyard, this is sure to make your time with family and friends most memorable.

Bathroom facilities include:
Master ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
Main bathroom centrally located with a bath, shower and vanity. A separate powder room is located off this bathroom.
For you convenience, there is a seperate shower connecting to the laundry and an outdoor shower located in the courtyard to wash of the sand after a day at the beach.

Laundry facilities include front loader washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1 x King with walk-in robe, ensuite, reverse cycle air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed, 1 x Double Trundle, reverse cycle air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

During busy periods and in the event that another booking has departed on your check-in day, your check in time may be 4pm.
