Thw property was well appointed, tastefully decorated, and made good use of the space. Our family of five plus two dogs were comfortable for the week. Location is great for a chill beach stay - quiet neighborhood close to the sand

2 blocks from the beach, bay views from the front porch, smelled clean upon walking in, kitchen had utensils & plates. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Very nice overall stay.

We rented the cute, cozy downstairs unit for the weekend. We enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying the bay views in the quiet neighborhood, just 2 blocks from the beach. The unit was comfortable and beautifully decorated with everything we needed. Evolve was helpful and flexible with checking in and out. We had a wonderful time!

Great location and layout. Owner was friendly and accommodating. First floor unit was great.

We had five adults and dog and was a great setting for the family . Bunk beds may be more suitable for kids but we knew the layout going in. Able to make meals there and walk to the beach. Bikes and beach passes came in handy. Would stay again!

Wish I was still there but sadly I’m not. Everything was perfect. House is well stocked and great location. It was great having the washer and dryer to be able to wash towels and bathing suits. Bikes were a hit as well.

Cozy and comfortable

The stay was amazing - thank you, host. The house is nice and clean, with lots of sleep, a nice kitchen and a main area. The house is close to the beach - 3 min walking. The kitchen is stacked - you will have all you need.

Fully equipped home

Clean and comfortable. All the essentials are there, so no need to run to grocery store right away which was welcoming. Small fenced yard for my dog who loves to play ball. Host contacts you prior to arrival with resturant information and is available if you have a concern. Definitely try Ernest and Sons for excellent meats, sandwiches and cheeses. Quiet neighborhood, only complaint was smells coming from bay but still would recommend

Great location!

Loved the view of the bay from the front porch! But still a short walk to the ocean beach. Close to the dog beach as well. This was the best stocked house we’ve ever rented in our 10 or more years going to Brigantine.

Beautiful home & great location

The home is very clean and pleasingly decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking supplies and condiments. Just enough room for 6 people and dogs. We would love to stay here again.
