Townhouse Close to Beach

This is the rear unit of a duplex that used to be my personal unit. It is about 11 houses (1.5 blocks) to the beach. Our beach has a lifeguard hut and therefore we have a life guard all season. I include 4 beach tags with the listing. The unit has three full baths and an outdoor shower. There is a large deck off of main living space and a small grass yard and propane grill. I provide basic house linens for the beds, towels and kitchen (no beach towels). The house is stocked with kitchen supplies (dishes, pots etc.) and has a full size stove and frig. The coffee maker does both Kcups and a pot of ground coffee. We have a full size washer and dryer in the unit. We have 2 off street parking spaces for this unit. Brigantine requires the renters to be at least 25 years old and strictly enforces the noise ordinance (starting at 10 am - 8 am). Brigantine prohibits us from renting for parties such as bachelor parties.

Making memories!

We flew in from California for a family reunion/Birthday celebration. My husbands family always went to Brigantine when they were younger and had fond memories of their summers on the beach. This rental house was the perfect location for our group. We had just the right amount of space and it was walking distance to the beach! The owner Dottie was very gracious and helpful when we had questions!

Wonderful location! A walk from the beach, owner was easy to deal with, home was perfect for us. 4 bathrooms was perfect for all of us 6 to not feel like that no one has to wait for the bathroom. Outside shower was awesome after the beach! Overall a great experience! Brigantine beach area is perfect for a family getaway!

Great place to stay in Brigantine!

We really enjoyed our stay in this town house in Brigantine. It was close to the beach and had plenty of room inside for our family of five. We used the deck and living area and were comfortable with the three bedrooms upstairs. Definitely would stay here again on our next trip.

Close to the Beach!

Lovely, comfortable home close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was simple and the host was quick to respond to messages. House was immaculate and well stocked. Large outside deck was a pleasant surprise. Bedrooms and common area are large. Three full bathrooms was a bonus. Beach was beautiful, but I recommend entering on 5th street where it was a little less crowded. My family will certainly be visiting again next year.

Great location, comfy home, great value

This was our fourth time staying in Brigantine, first time in this property. Great location, easy walk to the beach. The property was as described. The couch in the living room was comfy for our party of five. Three full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower and foot shower were a bonus. The AC worked well. The breezes from the beach were great. House was clean. We think the home is a very good value for that number of beds and baths and the great location. Nice deck in the back that we enjoyed for game night and when the beach was too windy. We highly recommend this comfortable property. Unrelated to the property- we could go to The Cove and LaScalas Beach House to eat every night; they are both awesome. We also enjoy trivia and bingo at St Georges Pub. Rented a cabana at Harrahs indoor pool for a day. Do it, what a treat! But the AC boardwalk is sadly worse than ever.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach!

Overall a good stay here for 3 1/2 days. Owner was responsive to communicate and had a handyman service out to fix a couple of the issues. Seemed like the property wasn't quite ready to rent for a few reasons, the major one being the AC was blowing warm air. Cool nights helped. We understood and enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend this property!

Wonderful stay with friends

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful and spacious duplex. 1 huge bedroom, 1 medium and 1 small with 3 bathrooms. Beautiful kitchen, living room and back deck. Only 2 block walk to beach. Highly recommend.

Not bad

Internet was terrible, tv was new and had problem turning it on and person we called did not call us back. Batteries in remote were not working and had to buy new ones. No beach furniture, found one in shed but was very dirty. Barbecue grills would not ignite and had to find a way to use it. Had to make are own beds when we got there. Dishwasher had no detergent to use . Otherwise it was a good location and it had enough room for all 4 of us.

Weekend Getaway

Great location, quiet neighborhood, house has everything you need. Would give it five stars with two improvements- screen doors on sliders need to be replaced as they were almost impossible to open and some of the windows lack screens.

My son said the trundle bed was very uncomfortable. Thr grill didn't work. The ants were really bad in the dishwasher and around the sink and on the counter by the sink. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close walking distance to the beach and stores.

Brigantine, NJ -- party of five

Brigantine, NJ is a beautiful city and we definitely will stay there again. The owner is very hospital and responded very quickly to all questions and concerns. The house is very clean and is as pictured and a short 1-1/2 block to the beach. All bedrooms are comfortable and three full bathrooms! Hope to stay there next year.
