- Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge, microwave and stovetop. Suitable for easily prepared meals ...... or get into the village vibe of the area by eating out at one of the many trendy cafes and restaurants.
- Essentials are supplied and those annoying little things you dont want to buy when only staying a short time. Moccona coffee, Tea, Pukka Herbal Teas, butter, jam, honey, cereal & fresh milk provided on arrival...all hygenically sealed in portion packs ;-)

The view is stunning, as beautiful during the day as at night. The bed was good, medium firm. Lots of seating options including a table and chairs and a couch. Efficiency kitchen had all that we needed. The bathroom is small and tight, but functional. Easy access to two train stations, grocery stores and a pub just up the street. We enjoyed our stay very much!

What a great apartment with absolutely stunning views and easy connections for exploring Sydney. A very comfortable bed…..and the bathroom facilities …once you understand how to manoeuvre the doors (space - saving layout) are perfectly fine. Couldn’t work the oven / microwave but really didn’t need it. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend for a couple. The local area has restaurants , takeaways and good transport , beautiful gardens to explore too. (Do look for Wendy’s secret gardens just up the road…beautiful!) Very close to the harbour and ferry points. Thank you Jinni. Loved it all.

Breathtaking is the right word for this apartment. We walked in at night and there was Sydney Harbor, all lit up. Gorgeous! We didn't close the blinds so that we could see the city lights at night and also wake up with the sunrise. A rainbow lorikeet joined us on the balcony for coffee. We also saw kayakers, cruise ships, sailboats, fireworks, cyclists, the Opera House and the Harbor Bridge (do the Bridgeclimb!). In addition to the unbeatable view, you have a designated garage parking spot. We found lots of restaurants one block away. Highly recommend this rental!!

This was the second stay for us in this apartment which is perfect for a couple. Not only is the view spectacular, the location is perfect for ease of getting around. The train station and ferry are both conveniently located in easy walking distance. From there, you can get anywhere you need to go. There are also a number of excellent restaurants, also within walking distance as well as the food store and bottle shop. Definitely a great place to stay.

This Lavender Bay property was a fabulous experience all the way around! I am not surprised at the solid 5 STAR reviews. Absolutely incredible view, lovely and safe area, very accessible to walk to many parts of town, the harbor and in the heart of Sydney. There are also easy routes to the train if you prefer. Ubers are 1 to 2 minutes away. Fantastic restaurants and Bistros close by. Beautiful Parks and Gardens footsteps from the location. Beautiful Lorikeets and an array of other beautiful living creatures up close in their natural habitat. The laundry facilities on every floor was a great convenience. Your host Jinni is top notch and sets you up for success and enjoyment from the get go. She is quick to respond to all messages and inquiries. There are great little bonus items in the studio that will help your stay so much more comfortable. These are the types of accommodations and communication that everyone would hope for when traveling. We will be back for sure. A lovely stay with numerous fond memories to hold onto. Thank you Jinni for this opportunity. A 5 STAR most definitely!

Perfect Place in Lavender Bay

Very nice studio apartment with beautiful view of Sydney Harbor. Train, ferry within easy walking distance and if you like to walk, it isn't all that far to walk over the Harbor Bridge to Circular Quay. Everything we needed was close by, building nice and quiet. We would highly recommend for a couple traveling to Sydney.
