We had a marvellous stay at Natalie’s fantastic Harbourside apartment. Natalie was very prompt in responding to our queries prior to checking in, sending very clear instructions. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and very convenient to the North Sydney Ferry. We adored looking at the stunning view and the availability of a car park. We would return in a heartbeat!

Fabulous location !

WE enjoyed our stay. We find that these rentals, in general are geared for folks who stay a few days-- not extended stays like ours for a few weeks.We look for comfortable living ie comfortable seating, good lighting and well stocked kitchen.

Perfect location, well appointed, easy access to transport

Came for family reunion and city break. Beautiful views, easy public transport to bus, train and ferry almost at the door. Excellent park for children to play. Close theatre, church, Kirribilli and North Sydney, City shops and city access to Opera House and Circular quay. .

Great view! Good Sydney holiday

Thank you for a lovely place to stay on holiday. We loved the view in both bedroom and living room that invited us to stop and relax after a busy day sightseeing. Walking distance to Coles was good for when we chose to cook. Great location to walk across Sydney harbour bridge and explore The Rocks, or walk to ferry or train station. Everything was clean and thoughtfully provided.

Sydney with a view

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. The view of the harbour when you enter the apartment is amazing! The place is well equipped, clean and in a fantastic location. It’s a quick walk to the North Sydney ferry, close to the metro station and a great area to explore on foot. Communication with the host was prompt and welcoming. Definitely recommend this property. .

Spectacular views in a beautiful location

The 8th floor apartment (there is a lift!) is perfect for a brief visit to Sydney with a spectacular view of the harbour. It is in a lovely part of Sydney that is easy to reach using public transport (e.g. ferry). Consisting of two rooms, it is most suited to a couple. The only downside is that there is no microwave oven!

View was amazing.Tv in bedroom not in lounge which I didn't like , lots of light coming through blinds ,not good if you need darkness to sleep.Door to bathroom does not seal properly for privacy.Too many diffusers,smell too strongPlates were dirty.Toilet next to carpark empty bottle of vodka, very dirty, bad first impression, Communication and location were great

Great place for a stay in North Sydney

Great location with amazing views. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Natalia is easy to contact and responsive. TV is located in the bedroom and there was no microwave during our stay, which you might want to bear in mind if you’re travelling with kids. Overall, very happy and highly recommend.

Beautiful View!The manager was very responsive during the checkin process, which is helpful, because the details of the checkin description document needs to be updated about the following 3 questions:1. How to get there: which bus stops, train stations, or ferry wharfs are the closest?2. What is the most current location of the house key?3. What floor is the unit on?The abundance of tea and coffee & the shampoos, etc were lovely!The flat technically sleeps 4 if 2 are children, but the living room needs a bigger couch or futon for 2 full sized adults.Super Convenient woth just a short 6 minute walk to \ from the North Sydney Ferry Wharf The bathroom is adorable, but needs a few more options for shelving or hanging.The balcony is an exceptional bonus & lovely to experience the lorikeets each morning. The space heaters & towels were excellent!

I loved the view from the 8th floor.very quiet at night.was just a 10 min walk to our. Sons house.only thing we did not like was the tv was in bedroom instead of the lounge.we just end up lying on bed and falling asleep.some instructions re tv as how to reduce sound and also how to work the 2electric heaters.it was quite cold one night

Home away from home. Really!

We love Australia and Sydney, and know this location, this building, it's near where my brother lived for a few years. This flat, though, should remain a secret amongst the respectful traveler. Natalia has created a home away from home we thoroughly enjoyed, and hope others will as well. The space is clean and inviting, uncluttered and simple to begin living right away as-if it's your own flat. The star, of course, is the amazing view! We sat infront of the windows with our morning coffee and tea each day. Bring binoculars! The bird watching was bonus entertainment. The second star is the location. If you're ok with walking, the shops and Milsons Point station are close by, restaurants and Kirribilli Hotel (pub) too. We usually walk or run over the Harbor Bridge, easy to access the CBD. This trip we also trekked the other way to Hodgson's Park - there are so many parks nearby! Don't forget you can also pop down to the end of the street for ferry service. And don't forget to have a drink with a view at the Flying Bear (next to Milson Park, you can see it from the balcony). We look forward to our next stay at this lovely flat. Natalia was also understanding about our departure time and let us stay a few more hours (for a modest fee).
