Beautiful home, north end of Lake Simcoe, 1:10 min to GTA 4 min to downton Orillia. 5 bedrooms, 6 beds. 3.5 bathrooms.2 kitchens Up to8 people. Lots of privacy. Main floor and 2nd floor plus basement apartment are available for our VRBO guests. Entire home.

Enjoy gorgeous sunrise & sunset colors over the lake. Swans, Birds galour.
New Hot tub.
Private dock, Double kayak, canoes and life jackets, ping pong, foosball table. Firepit, BBQ
AC, Gas Fireplace in comfy living room, dining rm, High speed unlimited Internet, cable & apps on a 50”screen TV, fully supplied kitchen, plus extra kitchen
Private 3 decks, Five bedrooms four bathrooms

Master with king bed and ensuite 3 pc. bathroom, balcony overlooks lake.
Room with 1 double and single beds. Room with queen. Rooms overlook Lake Simcoe.

Large driveway for 3-5 vehicles.
Nature reserve on one side of property at the end of a cul-de-sac. Big yard for lots of activities.
Huge sandy beach and kids park at Tudhope Park 5 min drive or 3 min drive to boat launch. Lots of golf, biking, marinas, shopping, provincial parks all close by.

Property is last house at the end of a cul-de-sac which makes it very large and private

We enjoyed our stay

The place was nice and well equipped. Paddle board ,Kayak and Canoes were great but were not very clean. Backyard is excellent for playing and relaxing. Beach and town centre is close by.

Marjan did not tell us they were bringing a large dog with them. The dog proceeded to run across neighbors' lawns and dig up some precious turtle eggs.

Nice getaway

Impressive house with lots of appeal and activities available. Close to downtown Orillia which had great shopping and places to eat. Quite an enjoyable experience!

Perfect Location to Walk to Mariposa Music Festival

We are 5 old friends who have traveled together frequently and we were thrilled with our lodgings in Orilla. The house was perfect as we each had our own space and could be together when we wanted to be. The hosts were very responsive and allowed us to check in early which was a huge benefit. Walking to the music festival was very easy and we hope to return next year! Thank you! Lisa

Family reunion

Very well equipped house with an amazing view both from inside and outside. We couldn’t have found a better place for our family reunion, with lots of games inside and in the garden, kayak and canoe to explore the lake, and a nice terrace to enjoy the sunset while bbq-ing. We didn’t even have time to use the hottub. Sandy beach with shallow water also in a 3 min. drive, so a perfect location for little children also. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay

I can't speak highly enough about this place. Two comfy couches in the living room face a good-sized TV and a fabulous view of the lake. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, the property beside it is a nature reserve and the property itself sits high enough for full lake views on both floors. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked, lots of cooking ware, knife bloc, range of spices, saran, foil, etc. A lovely deck table off the kitchen seats six but you can also sit as a twosome off the livingroom balcony! The grassed property slopes gently down to multiple lounge chairs and then Muskoka chairs on the dock to catch a lovely sunset. The house was also absolutely spotless. The owner even called briefly during our stay to ensure we had everything we need. My husband and I would give our stay six out of five stars if possible!

Wonderful property on Lake near GTA

The property was very well suited for our family. Very homey, 4 good sized bedrooms. We’ll stocked kitchen plus a 2nd kitchen in basement. Big fireplace and at the end of a quiet street right on the water with sunset views. Gary and Mina were amazing to deal with and quick to respond to requests that really made our stay even more enjoyable. If you are looking for a great location for your next family getaway without a long drive from Toronto give this place a try! Great hosts!!!
