Lullwater House est situé à distance de marche de la ville à seulement quatre pâtés de maisons de Main Street et Old Edwards Inn et est situé sur une belle acre et demi de jardins privés entretenus entourés d'un mélange de feuillus et d'arbres à feuilles persistantes. Les motifs disposent d'un étang alimenté par un ruisseau rempli et prêt pour la pêche.

Les intérieurs de Lullwater House sont conçus pour une vie facile, tout en conservant un sentiment d'élégance discrète. Comprenant un maître dans la suite principale hors de la tanière, une grande salle à manger et un salon avec une cheminée massive et une couchette / salle de jeux à l'étage pour les enfants. We absolutely loved our stay at Lullwater House. We rented the home for our family during our daughter’s wedding weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The property itself truly exceeded our expectations. The yard was stunning!! Our wedding photographer took magnificent photos that our family will treasure forever. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and we look forward to returning to Lullwater House again!

Absolutely fabulous home. Every detail was wonderful. Lots of space and the location is perfect! Easy walk to Main Street. The outdoor fireplace was a big hit! Highland recreation center across street for tennis, pickleball and swimming. Highly recommend this property!

Fantastic getaway

Lullwater House was everything and more we expected when we discovered it on VRBO. The home is comfortable and elegant, the environment of the Highlands is beautiful and engaging and the town is wonderfully low key but offers upscale amenities. A very special place.

Magnificent Lullwater

This place was magnificent! A beautiful, professionally decorated home with lots of room, and situated on grounds that are breathtaking - PLUS walking distance into town! We had a family reunion and this was the perfect place. Hired a photographer to come and she had so much to work with on this gorgeous property.

Beautiful property with lots of extras. Indoor wood burning fireplace was amazing! That's where we spent most of the time while in the house. Outdoor fireplace as well. Great kitchen and master BR. Close to town. Host was always reachable.

Lullwater is a beautiful, and beautifully decorated, home in a great location in Highlands. It also is very efficiently equipped and in immaculate condition. Perfect for a large family. This is the second time that our family has stayed there.

Our sincere apologies for the water issue, as we explained multiple times, we had just installed an auto shutoff valve to prevent leaks and the system was used to the house being empty so it turned it off when all of you began to shower at 10pm. You arrived very late and we had gone to bed so we didn’t get your msg until the morning. We do our very best to make sure the house is clean and everything is operating properly. Sorry you had such an awful experience.

July 4th in the Smokey Mountains

We took our family on our first family vacation to stay at the beautiful Lullwater House in Highlands North Carolina. The house is even more beautiful than the photos show. Bee & Marlene were a pleasure to work with. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a family or couples getaway. The house has everything you need and the town is super close. Not to mention the proximity to the rec center for daily activities to keep the little ones entertained.

Fantastic Home

Our family went for a week, 4 adult couples and 2 infants. The house was perfect for us, each couple had a spacious room with their own bath with a nice living room for tv and a fireplace. The kitchen had every appliance you could want and plenty of game options for the family. The house is about a 5 minute walk from downtown which was great for the adults and kids. It’s close to the nature center and plenty of hiking trails. It also has an outdoor fireplace which we enjoyed on a couple of occasions. It’s a special place, we had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Home

We had 2 families with 4 children (8-12) in the home and it was perfect. The home is absolutely stunning, comfortable, warm, laid out perfectly, etc. We loved and utilized all the fireplaces. The kitchen was well equipped for anything we needed. All the beds, sheets and towels were in great shape and super comfortable. The grounds on the property are perfect for all ages. The house manger was super responsive and the book of recommendations was very helpful. Very close to town. We will definitely stay here again!

We are a family of four from Florida who fell in love with Highlands in 2015 and visited several times. We Had to evacuate Florida during a hurricane, and had the opportunity to stay in Lullwater for a week. When the owners decided to sell, we jumped at the opportunity!

Large private estate lot walking distance to downtown Historic Highlands, NC. Lullwater House is 4 blocks (an 8-minute walk) to all the restaurants, shops, and entertainment Highlands has to offer.

Built in 2000 and meticulously maintained, Lullwater House offers all the amenities you would expect from a luxury estate home. Six well-appointed bedrooms with top of the line mattresses, luxe linens and updated bathrooms. The bunk room sleeps up to 12 and is located off the kitchen, above the garage with a smart TV and X-box gaming system. A gourmet kitchen that features state of the art Dacor and SubZero appliances will surely impress the most discerning home chefs.
