Beaver Run 4332, hosted by Great Western Lodging, is a beautifully updated studio suite designed for mountain comfort and convenience. Featuring new hardwood floors, fresh paint, and an upgraded kitchenette, this cozy space combines modern finishes with classic alpine charm. The studio includes a comfortable queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four guests. A split-amenity bathroom adds extra privacy, while the inviting living area provides the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes.

Guests enjoy all of Beaver Run Resort’s extensive amenities, including multiple hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pools, a fitness center, arcade, on-site restaurants, and complimentary shuttle service. The property also offers true ski-in/ski-out access directly onto Peak 9, as well as coin-operated laundry facilities for guest convenience.

If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night, 4/1/2026-11/30/2026. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

Elevator Access: This property offers convenient elevator access to the unit.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

They were no coffee we got locked out of the unit for 45 min because after unlocking the door the latch kept it from opening. Called security and the finally had maintenance saw it off

Great location to ski in/out to lifts. Check in was clunky. Room was ready hrs before 4:00 pm but front desk personnel would not accommodate early check in even though Great Western lodging gave the ok. Condo could use some decorating. Very "bare bones". Queen bed very uncomfortable. Could use more hooks in the shower room and bathroom for hanging things up. No instructions how to use the TV and cable box, and the appliances. Hope this helps.

Excellent location

I must have left a review elsewhere than VRBO. Great western was great and so were the gorgeous views of the property. One thing in particular was the responsiveness of Great Western when we needed them. Thank you to the owner of this place giving us a great place to make memories, and thanks great western for accommodating us with such a great spot and great service. Note: my girlfriend and I started the dishwasher when we left, but forgot to take the garbage out in a rush to catch our plane. We are so sorry and promise this is not like us. Called the front desk to notify as we were driving back on the highway. SORRY ALL. But thanks for everything!

Fits the bill

If you are looking for a ski in/ ski out with no frills then this is your location. There are zero hooks to hang a single thing up such as coats, or any type of winter gear. Bed is not comfortable and the roll away that was provided has lots of wear and tear on it. Linens that were in the closet did not smell clean. Great location and access to lifts. Ski lockers that are complementary are located directly below the unit which was convenient once we learned where they were. Check in process was a chore and beyond frustrating. Very little information provided in regards to trash locations and access to any amenities. I would not stay here again.

Dirty room not as described in listing

The sofa and chat in living room were stained soiled and not useable. The pull out sofa bed was completely broken. Place was listed to accommodate 4 sleeping but only had one bed due to broken sofa pull out so my family was really put in a bad situation. Shower was full of black mold. My wife is allergic to mold so she fell ill for days until the third day after we checked out. Tv did not work for 3 days front desk and maintenance were no help until demanding we be moved to new room. Asked rental agency for partial refund due to only accommodation for 2 since pull out sofa was broken. Still no response after 4 days.

Beaver Run Bldg 4

Instructions said to check in at Main Office…arrived at Main office they told us to go to Beaver Run. Told us parking was included and upon arrival, Beaver Run charged us for parking, it wasn’t included. Location is awesome, but condo is definitely dated and in need of a face lift. Some of the furniture was broken, pull out couch was missing a bunch of springs and totally uncomfortable. TV remotes didn’t have batteries. Overall, I would not recommend if traveling with family or if there were other options. This was a buddy ski trip and the only property we could find, so we made it work.

Bed was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs digging in your back. Not the kind of bed you want after skiing all day. Room had dust all over the refrigerator. Overall the room was very dated. The perks definitely was that it was so close to the ski lift, the resort had a shuttle that took you anywhere you wanted to go, and the hot tubs.

Wonderful ski location!

We had a great time skiing at Beaver Run 4332! Location cannot be beat! GW Lodging was quick to address a few issues we brought to their attention. Very nice guy came to bring us items we mentioned were missing. The only reason we would choose a different place next time is due to the condo not having a King bed. The queen bed was fine but the pullout couch mattress definitely needed to be replaced or a thick topper to be placed on it would help. I would use GW Lodging again and would recommend this condo for future stays!
