Located right on the Sussex Inlet canals with your own private jetty. Situated in the heart of this lovely little town. Fantastic location close to local shops, cinema, Golf Course, RSL, Bowling Club and cafes. just a 30 minute drive to Ulladulla, Huskisson and the famous Hyams Beach.

Our property includes a separate teenage retreat which has a bunk bed, sofa bed and TV.

There are 2 living areas, the upstairs living area has a sofa bed. The upstairs living area is attached to the bedroom with 2 triple bunks which is attached to a bathroom. There is a bookshelf with a wide variety of books and magazines for guests to read during their stay. We have kayaks at the property for guest use.

There's an outdoor table for outdoor dining, please note: the outdoor umbrella is unavailable for guest use. A fire pit, private jetty and enclosed screen outdoor area which can be opened up if required. There is a BBQ available for use as well as several kitchen appliances including a blender, mix master and slow cooker.

The kitchen also has 2 fridge/freezers so there's plenty of space for food.

The garage is locked and not usable for guests so boats must be launched up the road at the public slipway but can be tied up at the private jetty at the property.

PLEASE NOTE: There could be a caravan and boat parked out the front which limits off street parking. If they are both onsite during your stay there is still 1-2 off street car spaces depending on vehicle size. We can advise if these will be on the property during your chosen dates.
