Home away from home

We lived 4 days in a 1 bedroom BCA apartment, when moving our daughter to SCAD dorm for her first year. Every detail in kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room were thought off. We were able to cook breakfast, enjoy evenings with Netflix, pretty close to SCAD, everything in Midtown. The communication is great, too. We will definitely stay here whenever we come back for our daughter. Thank you Team BCA Response: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are thrilled that you and your daughter enjoyed your stay in our Brookwood Courtyard property. We always want to make sure our guests feel at home and it sounds like we succeeded!

It is great to know that you are feeling at home in our apartments. Traveling for work is stressful, we are happy to help ease that even if just a little bit. I let Jaime know the kind words you said about him. He was very touched and it always happy to help.

The apartment is well designed, but please repair the concrete near the door Team BCA Response: Thank you for letting us know about the crack in the concrete. Luckily, we know that the crack is not doing any damage to the building nor preventing anyone from using the steps. We do want the outside of the building to match our well-designed interiors and our maintenance team is working on a resolution.

Lovely Apartment

I overall very much enjoyed my stay with BCA furnished apartments! I thought the apartment itself was lovely. I loved the privacy and location of the apartment. It was well furnished and made me feel like home while I was there. I already voiced some of my check in complaints and those do not need to be dwelt on. My apartment had some cleanliness issues. My duvet cover in the master bedroom had some strange stains on it that I only noticed about a week after I began my stay. I hand washed it and I believe they are removed now, but it was still a little icky. Some of the pots and the baking sheet also had some stains and such on them. Again I tried to wash them and I believe they are as clean now as possible. These are relatively small issues though. I mostly enjoyed everything. TeamBCA Response: We appreciate you providing detailed feedback. This helps us improve the service we provide our guests, so they have the best experience. We do our best to make sure all apartments are clean and set up appropriately, but if you experience any further cleanliness concerns on your next visit, please let us know and we will gladly take appropriate action to rectify the issue. Thank you for bringing your cleanliness concerns to our attention.
