Remodeled condo with an electric fireplace, just six blocks from the heart of downtown, Centennial Olympic Park, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, CNN, and 60+ eateries within one mile, and free parking! Full transparency: this is an older building, but my unit has been completely remodeled and is extremely clean, safe, and cozy.

Experience the vibrant nightlife of downtown Atlanta, then retreat to total darkness and a restful night's sleep with our blackout curtains. It's the best of both worlds.

Assigned underground parking space for one vehicle is located in a paved and CCTV self-parking garage.

Easy parking and nice room. Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Chipped paint on the wall but past that was a nice space to relax and sleep in.

I had no issues during my stay. Check in process was simple, the room was as described online. The fitness room was not accessible during my stay. The bathroom and bedroom were in perfect condition, the living room could’ve used a little vacuuming , but otherwise no issue.

My Husband and I rented this unit for our 1 Year Anniversary trip! The location/outside was a little rough around the edges and the building was older, but our hosts' unit was Gorgeous! The decor was classy & it felt really cozy. Everything we needed was within the unit. Our host was of great assistance with a few minor concerns & because we arrived a little early, she granted us access. The things we had on our "To Do" list were within a 10 to 20 mile radius. We would definitely recommend this condo to you and our family & friends!!!

Clean and convenient downtown access.

Great city views. Easy check-in and check-out. Included parking space was a huge bonus. The bed was comfortable and clean. Janel provided extra linens upon request and was accommodating. Overall great experience.

Historic places nearby

Where it is located makes it a quick drive to the MLK Historic Site and the Carter Presidential Library. Also easy to reach Decatur. Property was decent, though there was broken auto glass in the parking lot plus a lot of loose trash on the lot as well. Building has a high rate of Vrbo-type accommodations. Fitness room is unavailable/papered over. Room itself was nice. Bed was comfy. Pillows are thin. Keypad wakes up with/counts first touch, so keep that mind when using door code.

The building is looks abandoned Lacks curb appeal i was actually afraid to approach the front door because the building didn't look like an inviting placeThe remote controls would not work so we couldn't turn on the light in the living room Now that thats been said the actual suite was clean on the inside well stocked with items needed except for towels Knowing three people were staying four nights we should have had more sets of towels instead of having to contact the hostess to get more towels I'll be alright not staying there againthe fireplace we couldn't use the

However, a simple phone call would have solved the light and towel issue. The lights could not be turned by the remote, if the switch is off. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair to both our guest and hosts. Perfect for us

Truth Condo was perfect for us, as a couple with a small child, centrally located to all the things we wanted to do, with off-street parking included.We cooked most of our meals, so having a functioning kitchen was a big deal, and everything we did in town was under 15 minutes by car -- some of it under 5 minutes. While parking in the city can be tricky, the included parking spot was huge for us.We slept well; while you could certainly hear the sounds of the city below, the condo is on a high enough floor that sirens aren't right in your ear.In all, we spent a lot of time in the condo -- we were in town for a week, ate all our breakfasts in and only ate out for dinner once, and most days we were in for the day after lunch.I might not want this condo for more than a night or two if I planned to be out on foot after dark, or if we had a teenager instead of a younger kiddo, but it was comfortable enough for us for the time we were there.If we're back in town in the next few years, we'll check to see if this spot is available first.

Cleanest condo

I really enjoyed my stay at Janel's Condo, it was definitely the cleanest place I've ever stayed. I'm very picky about where I stay and I'm normally that person that will clean it before I unpack anything. I didn't have to do that this time and I was very pleased. You can tell the building is older but her Condo is so nicely decorated you don't notice. I appreciate the wagon she supplies for you to bring up your things bc it will be a lot of walking back and forth to the car otherwise. The lobby is very nice and clean as well. The front desk guards were very friendly. The only issue I had was the smell of cigarettes in the hallway on the floor we were staying on, but you couldn't smell it in the condo and the smell was gone by morning. I only wished there was a small table in the living room to put things like a drink on while watching TV in front of the fireplace, another night stand on the otherside of the bed, and an over the door hanging hook in the bathroom for a robe or towel to hang. You will be pleased with your stay. I will definitely stay again and would be okay staying there alone bc I felt the area abd building were safe.

We enjoyed our stay. All of the little extras were nice and the bed was comfortable. We really appreciated that parking was included as most places require you to pay an extra nightly fee. Great location for walking to the aquarium and other spots downtown.Extra praise for Janel. Great communication and quick to respond. Very clear instructions on access to the unit.

Best of all, my place offers secure on-site parking, which is rare downtown and a huge relief when you're arriving late at night.
