A classic mountain home with a dash of contemporary, comfortable style, this five-bedroom oasis in the charming community of Retreat at Jordanelle is where magical Park City vacations come to life.
With sleeping space for 12 and multiple living areas spread out over 3000 luxurious square feet, there’s plenty of room for everyone in your group to find their own space yet stay close together too. Located just moments from historic old town Park City and the world-class ski slopes, you’ll enjoy endless peace and quiet while still staying close to all the action, too.
In the spacious yet comfy great room, two buttery soft leather sofas surround the gas fireplace and large HDTV, creating the perfect spot to snuggle up on a chilly evening with a family movie night. Next to the living space is the completely open kitchen, which was designed to allow for easy conversation and socializing with large groups. Wood cabinets and quartz countertops surround the premier stainless steel appliances, which include a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. A convenient island has barstool seating for four, while the dining table seats eight. Your whole crew will love to gather together here while waiting for the morning coffee to brew and nibbling on warm blueberry muffins. A door leads out to the sunny patio area, where there’s a gas range for grilling and an outdoor sofa for enjoying the view.
Upstairs, there are four private bedrooms to choose from. The first bedroom is the primary suite, with a sumptuous king-size bed, a walk-in closet with small office space, HDTV, and an ensuite spa-like bathroom. Two additional serene bedrooms each have queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom on this level has a twin-size bed. A full bathroom and a laundry room can be accessed from the hallway.
Head downstairs to the lower level, where there’s another living area with a sofa, and large HDTV— a great spot to catch the game. There’s also another bedroom suite with a queen-size bed and a private, ensuite bathroom at this level.
When you want to enjoy the surrounding beauty outside, this home has the perfect spot to soak it all up. After a day on the ski slopes, there’s nothing better than pouring a glass of wine and heading outside to your relaxing, private hot tub. There’s also a cozy outdoor fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs for roasting marshmallows while sipping hot cocoa, and a bench swing for basking in the view of the surrounding hills.
When you can tear yourself away from the endless comfort of this magnificent home, your crew will fall in love with all of the amenities Retreat at Jordanelle has to offer. Practice your backstroke in the sparkling community swimming pool, get a great workout at the state-of-the-art fitness center, and let the kids frolic in the playground area. There are also tons of nearby walking trails, a 15-acre park, and sports fields. When you’re ready to hit the slopes, they’re only about an eight-minute drive from your front door. And for a night on the town or an afternoon of shopping and sightseeing, old town Park City is a quick drive away.
This home includes garage parking for ONE small to mid-size car and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. The owner stores one car in the garage. No street parking is permitted at any time. Vehicles parked in the driveway cannot overhang the sidewalk at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.
Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.
Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.
Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Hospitality App, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

Great Family House
We had a couple of families and there was plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable beds, couches, nice kitchen stocked with cooking supplies. Easy access to Park City. Very responsive management.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and nicely furnished and was a very good value for the money. There are only a couple of negatives. There was a car parked in the garage, so our large SUV would not fit comfortably. Not being able to park in the garage was disappointing. The only other negative worth mentioning is that the hot tub is not covered. We had a couple of unseasonably warm days where snow turned into rain, so sitting in the hot tub was not pleasant.

Mixed family vacation
The property was as described. Very clean and comfortable for our family! They have a great kitchen with beautiful glass wear. The porch and hot tub are fabulous. (Could use a few more towels so you don’t have to use your bath towel for the hot tub.) Only downside was the wifi. Very slow, 2g, and if you use Verizon, there’s very little signal there. Phone calls spotty and constantly drop calls. Sprint is better there.

Perfect Friend Reunion Spot
A group of friends and I (ages 27-38) had a wonderful reunion trip here last weekend. The house was perfect for our needs which included a lot of cooking and lounging together in the living room when we weren’t on the slopes. Very thankful for the hot tub & grill as well. Pro tip: the blowup mattress fits in the master bedroom closet if you need it! ;-)
