The second bathroom upstairs offers a tub/shower combo and dual sink vanity. The main level has a half bathroom, and the lower level includes a tub/shower combo and a hair dryer.

Parking is a breeze with space for two small to mid-size cars in the garage and two more cars in the driveway. Please note that street parking, RVs, Recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, or Oversized vehicles are not permitted. Ensuring a peaceful and organized community environment.

The home is equipped with central AC to keep you cool during warm days, a gas fireplace on the main level for cozy evenings, and an electric fireplace on the lower level for added warmth and ambiance. We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
Pet Fees: Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.
