Seafarer's Beach House Beach Front Property, vues incroyables!

Cadre magnifique! Directement sur la baie de Kachemak, avec des escaliers accédant à la plage pendant les mois de printemps et d'été.
Cette maison de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est nouvellement construite et dĂ©corĂ©e avec art sur les thĂšmes de la mer. Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, surplombant la baie se trouve une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, un salon confortable, avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision grand Ă©cran pour profiter du jeu, une salle de bain complĂšte et une buanderie. Une terrasse spacieuse avec chaises longues et barbecue est accessible depuis le salon. Le salon a un canapĂ©-lit. Pour un petit supplĂ©ment, une belle cabine dans la cour offre une escapade pour 2 avec un lit queen dans le grenier. Les invitĂ©s de cabine partagent le bain en bas dans la maison principale. La cabine n'est pas disponible pour les locations indĂ©pendantes. Au 2Ăšme Ă©tage, vous trouverez deux chambres. La chambre principale a un lit queen, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et une variĂ©tĂ© de livres. La deuxiĂšme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux ou se transforme en lit King, selon la composition de votre groupe. Les deux chambres ont une belle vue sur les bateaux passant sur la baie et les aigles planant Ă  hauteur de fenĂȘtre.

Fabulous house in Homer

If you've found this house on vrbo, look no further. Great house with awesome views. Right on the bay, just minutes from the spit. Almost had to pry my family off the deck to get them to go home.

This was, by far, the most scenic and beautiful place we have ever stayed. It's hard to describe the panoramic view from the back deck that overlooks the ocean. We love hiking but still spent one day just walking the beach and watching sea otters and eagles. The house was beautifully decorated, and Connie was an amazing host who was quick to answer any questions we might have. It was also very conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. I would give it six stars if I could. We will return.

Awesome view

The deck view is worth a million dollars. Home was very clean and well equipped. We love the decor. Beds are comfortable. View from second floor king room is tremendous. Connie is great to work with. Loved walking on the beach. Saw many seals on the rocks along with many Sea Otters. Best place we stayed for our entire trip.

Amazing House!

This property in Homer was so very lovely. Clean, large enough for the entire family, tiny house is amazing, great location, quiet neighborhood, great restaurants near by, unbelievable views. We had so much fun staying at this house!!

Family Fun

Great property to experience the big changes in the ocean tide. It has the perfect deck for views of the basin. Our first time to visit Homer was great and we are so glad to wrap up our trip with this little gem and strolls along the Spit.

Amazing Home with Amazing Views

We had a great stay at this home. Everything was extremely clean, and it was a perfect location for us. It was a great base to go on day trips and a perfect place to enjoy a rainy afternoon. The views were incredible and we only wished we’re could’ve stayed longer.

You can't find a better place to stay in Homer

First, the photos do not do this home justice. From the pictures, I worried that the common space might be too small. NOT AT ALL. The living room is comfy and the kitchen is terrific. All the bedrooms and beds are great. The view cannot be topped. From the deck, you can ogle the mountains and watch the boats go buy and check in on the otters. The house is extremely well equipped. They had everything we needed and more. The contact with Connie, who manages the property, was superb. We were a couple traveling with two single friends and all of us missed staying there the minute we left. Near by - within walking distance - is a great bagel store and a place to buy fresh fish. Town is about 10-15 mins drive. Needless to say, we loved our stay.

Home away from home

This was our 2nd stay and it is a lovely home with all the comforts of home. To sit in the living room on a cool rainy day with the fireplace on made the cool rainy day not so gloomy. Connie was a delight to work with. If we travel back to Homer this is the only place we will stay.

Excellent Views and Location

This home provided epic views of water and mountains. The flowers were gorgeous. The home was very clean and well stocked. The only thing mentioned on line were kayaks and there were none. Overall beautiful home and location while visiting spit. I would stay here again!

Great house/hub for Homer stays

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities, very comfortable beds, and GREAT views. Owner was available to answer any questions or address anything we needed. Kitchen is awesome. This is a perfect hub for vacations in Homer as it has great views, is within 10 minutes of town or end of spit, and close to all scenic drives as well. Will stay here again in future.

Incredible Views!

We stayed 5 nights at Seafarers. House was clean, beds comfy and the views of the bay, mountains and glacier were great! The beach itself is so unique as the tide changes are significant! So neat to watch. Our manager Connie is a dream and her passion for ensuring satisfaction from guests is appreciated! Back to the house, we are happy we stayed at this property!

Top notch!

This is truly an outstanding VRBO. Pictures cannot capture the indescribable view and all the many fine touches that are inside and outside this home. Best place to stay in Homer by far!
