PRIVATE, SECLUDED AND PEACEFUL!
This lovely location is only 5 minutes from all the amenities Homer offers. This home can easily accommodate a fishing group or couples traveling together. Two of our bedrooms offer twin beds and one can be converted to a king to accommodate a second couple. Plan to grill your catch of the day on the BBQ or make S'mores at the firepit. Bask in the tranquil view and enjoy the wildlife as it wanders through the yard. Bring your binoculars and watch for whales. You will make great memories here!

The house and views were amazing! The house was the cleanest vrbo rental we have ever stayed in. Connie was very helpful giving us tips on how to get our daughter with limited mobility around the house and Homer. This is the first vacation where the entire family loved the house and the destination.

Beautiful place to stay what a view. Nice and clean steps to the house be very careful. They’re slippery when wet. Wished we had access to a washer and dryer. But other than that a great experience and a great stay.

Peaceful getaway with great views

Booked this property for a family vacation with three adults and two children. All of us loved the house which had incredible views from the deck and all windows. It was the perfect place to unwind after fishing all day. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The home is located close to everything you’d want to do in Homer. We enjoyed the great view of the bay. There were lots of cozy spaces to relax, and it had everything we needed. The multitude of books available to peruse and descriptions of the local hikes were a surprising bonus. Can’t recommend 2233 enough and will try to stay at this property again on our next trip.

The view is stunning, nice location, beautiful cabin. Wish I would have looked closer on the listing to notice there was not a freezer to use, or a washer/dryer. No closets to hang clothes either. But a beautiful cabin.

The view from this home are amazing. The only downside to this property was the walking path from the parking area to the super comfortable, spacious unit. We had two individuals with compromised walking capability, which was challenging. Connie, the owner’s representative was great and available. Thanks!

Bucket list vacation

Connie’s home was perfect. To be honest I was a little worried at first because. Vrbo pictures were beautiful and the view.. When we walked into the property I could not believe the view. It was a 360 degree view of the sound. Looked just like a postcard. An experience of a lifetime. A must stay property if I’m Homer Alaska

The view was amazing at this property. A few things that were a bit disappointing: The listing did not included that two of the beds were in an unfinished basement. The listing did not indicate there were many steps to get to the house. The house was very stuffy and there were no window screens to open the house up. Overall, this was an okay place to stay. But, will be looking for something else next time.

Thank you for your response. I hope the fans I delivered were helpful! It's been an odd spring/summer warm one day cold enough for heaters the next! Our photos show the walkway to the house and state stairs...There are photos showing the lower level walkout basement bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Perhaps we need to be more clear. Generally, a picture is worth a thousand words! But apparently not this time! I am sorry! I am glad you enjoy our AMAZING VIEW!!

Cannot say enough about this beautiful property. The views, the space, the comfort, the cleanliness were all stellar. Because of weather, we weren’t able to enjoy the back deck, which is amazing. We will come back and do that soon!

Great place with an awesome view! Our party of 6 had plenty of room. Everything we needed for cooking daily meals was provided. 2 bedrooms on upper level and one bedroom in the basement gave us all some privacy.
