Ocean Front complex! This unit has 2 master suites!! Main floor has an extra 1/2 bath.Fans in every room. Relax in the sun, lay by the pool, swim, paddle board, kayak, or snorkel with the turtles in the bay, take a walk on the white sandy beach, BBQ for lunch/dinner and dine on your private lanai where you can watch the whales! (Seasonal). Its a fun place for the whole family! Sleeps 4 people comfortably. Renovated and clean. Activity desk at the front office. Covered parking place in front of your condo. Air Conditioning throughout the condo. Kahana Sunset DOES NOT have a Hot tub.
Close to shopping and Restaurants. No smoking/vaping in the condo or on the lanai (Outside condo in designated area only)
The tax is a 18.712% on your nightly room rate and is something the state of Hawaii requires us to collect. Kahana Sunset resort fee $80.00

Beautiful relaxing vacation

Could not have asked for a more perfect location! The rooms were perfect, beds were comfortable and the whole place was very clean. The property is quiet and overall very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Maui!

The condo was clean and had a nice view of the ocean.The 2 lanais we’re an added bonus, along with the 2 suites. The beds were also comfortable. It was steps away from the ocean and had good snorkeling, but the beach area was small.

Beautiful property

This property has stunning views. The rental was clean and and in a great location. The double master was perfect. The half bath on the main level was also very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place for many reasons!

We had a great stay at Kahana Sunset D3! Dan was very easy to work with and made our stay very enjoyable...easy check in process, clear communication, and had the unit stocked with all essentials. I appreciated the extra towels, well stocked paper products, utensils, coffee maker, beach equipment, large smart TV's, etc. The view was impressive and the resort was very quiet, clean and fun to hang out. We would stay there again.

Great place to stay on West Maui!

Property and condo is awesome! Has all the amenities you could ask for, including AC. Private beach is great, grounds are very pretty and condo is clean and comfortable. Views are beautiful. Perfect Vacation

The property is so beautiful, and the unit we stayed in fabulous! Check in and out was a breeze, and they had some kick boards, pool noodles and other fun things for the kids to use. They also had basics like dish soap, body wash, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc. that was very appreciated! The staff for the property is also very friendly! Saw lots of turtles, whales and lizards here so that was a bonus! Thanks so much for an awesome stay!

Heaven on earth :)

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Kahana Sunset. It was 3 adults and 2 kids ages 8 and 15. The kids loved being able to go to the beach and swim with turtles close by. And some days they just enjoyed being in the pool! The views are incredible in D3. Everyday was magical just looking outside in the balcony and even caught a rainbow the next day after getting there. The place had everything we needed for 8 days and 7 nights including beach stuff that came so much in handy while going out. We will definitely be back and seriously can’t wait. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic beach front location

This was a wonderful spot, and the beach at the property was fantastic. Dan was attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed! The unit was well stocked with anything we needed. This resort is very family friendly.

Hidden gem in West Maui

Wonderful views and access to the ocean, beautiful property including use of grills. This unit was fully supplied unit that was beautifully furnished, well maintained, and clean. We had great views from the lanai that was perfect for dinners watching the sunset. We needed extra bedding and got prompt response from the property manager. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Property and management were fantastic. The concierge board was a great help. Only drawbacks were the pool hours, the quiet hours and lack of smoking areas. Would stay again for sure.

Great location, great stay!

Factor in the double master, updated unit, well stocked kitchen, wonderful complex and grounds with stunning views and of course the perfect location - this is one of the best units I’ve stayed in on Maui. We loved the close proximity to our favorite beaches - napili, kapalua, slaughterhouse! And if we ever needed anything from the store, napili market is just a quick trip up the road! We appreciated the boogie boards and beach chairs! Wiley was prompt at answering any questions and he quickly solved any issues that came up! We enjoyed a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend this unit to others! Mahalo!
