Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Situé entre Lahaina et Kapalua, vous trouverez la ville pittoresque de Kahana. À moins de 15 minutes du centre-ville de Lahaina, Kahana-Napili offre certains des meilleurs restaurants de l'île et est parfait pour la plongée en apnée, le paddle board, le kayak, l'observation des baleines ou tout simplement profiter du soleil.

Une vue imprenable sur Molokai et Lanai depuis tous les espaces de vie de cette unité sensationnelle dans les sables de Kahana. Récemment rénové et tous les nouveaux meubles améliorés et rendez-vous luxueux. Ce rare, climatisé 2 chambres 2 salles de bain avec véranda privée est l'une des unités les plus spacieuses au bord de l'eau à Maui. À partir du moment où vous entrez dans votre condo de vacances, vous respirerez la vue sur l'océan la plus sensationnelle. Il faudrait être un bateau de croisière pour se rapprocher de l'océan.

La grande cuisine est entièrement équipée pour le chef gastronomique. Nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, y compris lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur équipés d'un distributeur d'eau filtrée et de glaçons depuis la porte. Si vous vous lassez de tous les fabuleux restaurants du côté ouest de Maui, profitez d'un repas maison ou d'un barbecue au coucher du soleil.

Le vaste salon et la salle à manger offrent une vue magnifique et beaucoup de place pour les rassemblements. Chaque meuble est flambant neuf et rehaussé d'œuvres d'art et d'une décoration de bon goût.

La chambre principale avant a la même vue incroyable et dispose d'un lit king size. Le dos est également une suite parentale et les deux ont tous les nouveaux draps ainsi que des salles de bains entièrement rénovées avec des comptoirs en granit et des douches carrelées.

Idéalement situé avec un parking sur place et une toute nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse empilables en acier inoxydable pour des vacances pratiques et sans soucis. Maui appelle!

There is not a place to rent canoes or kayaks on site. Condo is beautifully decorated with stylish and new furniture. View from condo through the large window wall and lanai are amazing. We had a pair of love sparrows perched outside our window on the palm tree all week guarding her nest she made in the eaves of our unit. Pool, beach, restaurant on site, we had a lovely time.

This condo really stands out for the views and being right on the ocean! The patio and front window are absolutely beautiful and were definitely the highlight of our stay.That said, there were a few areas that fell short, especially for the price. The beds were quite firm, and with four adults staying, the unit only had three beach chairs, which made it a bit inconvenient for all four of us to enjoy sitting on the beach together. It would also have been a nice touch to provide a few laundry pods; we ended up purchasing detergent for a few loads and left extras behind for future guests.The building itself is older (maybe built in the late 70s) and has a very laid-back vibe, but it can be noisy. We had some rowdy neighbors during our stay, and the back bedroom in particular doesn’t offer much sound insulation, and you can hear quite a bit through the windows. They did, however, offer sound machines.Overall, you’re largely paying for the incredible view. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, just steps from the pool, beach, and a fun restaurant, and we really enjoyed the pool and spa. All in all, we enjoyed parts of our stay, but we’re not sure the overall value quite matched the price we paid.

Aloha Natalie, We are saddened to see that you were not able to leave us a 5 star review and felt that you were essentially only paying for the view. Sands of Kahana offers some of the largest living space for condos on the west side and your rate was actually a discounted rate. Our guests usually reach out asking what types of beds we have so they can purchase when they get home so I am sorry you didn't find them comfortable. As for the beach chairs and laundry pods ai wish you would have given us the opportunity to address those issues while you were staying in our unit. Although we state in our description that we do not guarantee them as we constantly run into issues with broken chairs or missing chairs, as guests seldom tell us when one goes missing or is broken, we could have made arrangements to get some pods to you or even a chair. Again, it's unfortunate that we didn't this out until reading your review. - Vance

Beautiful! Just as described! We throughly enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for our first visit to Maui with two couples!! Fast check-in after our long travel was much appreciated.Very clean and well-stocked kitchen with everything you need (you would be hard-pressed NOT to find anything you needed) They thought of everything down to beach chairs, floats and coolers (which we put to good use during our road trips!) We absolutely loved our stay at this fabulous condo! The views were just stunning…AMAZING! It had all the little extra touches that made our time here so comfortable and enjoyable. A Great Vacay Getaway!

Appointments were lovely, location and view were fantastic, the kitchen was stocked with quality utensils every cook would appreciate, and more than enough clothes hangers! Much appreciated the pool and water toys, beach towels, and air conditioning! Restaurant and Bar on site were handy too. We saw lots of sea turtles as well as some dolphins right from the veranda.

Beautiful Property

This property provided the setting for a wonderful vacation week in Maui. It is the little details that sets this spacious property above others - like plenty of hangers in the closets, the many small appliances in the well-equipped kitchen and provided beach accessories. We spent many hours on the lanai taking in the spectacular views. Owners were quick to respond to communications prior to and after arrival.

Stunning!!

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. It is much larger than any other we have stayed at before. The view is absolutely amazing and the sunsets are stunning! We saw whales and plenty of turtles from the property! The home was immaculate, fully stocked with everything we needed and the beds and pillows are VERY comfortable! We didn’t want to leave, but we will certainly return!

My husband and I have been coming to Maui for 20 years and always rented condos owned by individuals and we were lucky to find Sands of Kahana. We fell in love with the location and size of the units.
We have been in real estate in Southern California for 30 years and loved coming to visit family and friend here on island. We have raised 3 wonderful children and they are now starting families of their own, leaving us more time to come and stay on island. We look forward to becoming full time residence.

We looked to buy for 3 years as we wanted the ocean front building. It was our desire to UPGRADE the condo rental experience. We are looking to rent to people that appreciate the extra touches and know how to take care of nice cookware and wine glasses. It is our desire to make a 5 star vacation for each and everyone of our guests.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The most unique thing that we did with this remodel, is all of the units have the front bedroom open to the living area and many do not have AC.

We closed off the master bedroom to allow for more privacy and added AC to both bedrooms and the living room.

Additionally, we spared no expense to the quality furniture, art and extras to allow for a comfortable stay. ALOHA
