Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath property features newly remodeled granite countertops, travertine bathrooms, and a washer-dryer. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people with a King, Queen, two twins and two set of bunk beds. This townhome is perfect for entertaining, is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Step outside and catch the bus to go into town or walk tow the Village and hop on the Gondola. Mammoth Estate has it all a sauna, game room and Jacuzzi all year round along with a beautiful pool (summertime only). All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Mid-February Winter Stay

It’s a short walk to the Village for a dinner out or to catch the village gondola to Canyon Lodge. We road the Blue line shuttle back at the end of the day with a shuttle stop steps from the condo. I parked my car and didn’t move it until we left. The accommodations are very comfortable.

It's clean and comfortable, with plenty of rooom for a large group. The kitchen is well stocked with basics, and the decor overall is charming. Fantastic location--very close to The Village. The only downsides for us were that the bunkbeds were quite small for our teenagers. Only mentioning this because if you plan to have adult-sized folks in those bunk beds, this may be an issue. Highly recommend!

New bar stools and lamps would be a nice inexpensive upgrade. Fireplace barely functional and then completely out the last two days. Management was unable to fix fireplace.

Great location but

This is a great location if you like being close to the Village. The beds were comfortable & everything was clean. The condo has all the kitchen supplies you need. This is not a place for kids to stay. There is no railing on the stairs. The deck railing is rickety & not to code, a child could fall thru the slats. Don’t go barefoot on the balcony or front porch, there are painful nail heads popping up. Overall the place needs a refresh to brighten it up.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just to be clear, this is not a bad review of the actually property itself, it's a complaint regarding the management company (Mammoth Sierra Reservations) – We were notified by management two hours in advance of our arrival time of an issue with our rental property and then given two less desirable options from our original property with no offer to provide a refund for the differences in cost or quality of property. During our stay one of our guests fell and was injured because the front porch area was extremely icy and the managers neglected to take any precautions to make it safer for guests. Additionally, the cabin was double booked and we had a difficult time reaching property management to sort it out. By the time it was sorted, it was past midnight. Once our stay was over we provided a detailed account of our experience to which we received no response for a week even after we followed up and requested a partial refund for the quality and price difference between our original booking and the one we stayed in. The management did not apologize or show any remorse/accountability for our negative experience or for our guest's injury.

If you like to be transported to the 1990s, you'll like the place - VHS player, hi-fi system, couches from the same era. You'd probably expect 2022 essential like decent Wi-Fi but you'll only frustrate yourself. It's there but it's barely functioning. The condo is otherwise well located with easy, walking distance to the Village. Has 4BR with good bed configurations, but everything is small and 2 families sharing felt cramped.

Convenient location but could use some updates

Good location. Easy to walk to restaurants and gondola for skiing. Small hiccups checking in with breaker out and no power in part of the house. Management responded quickly and problem solved within the hour but would’ve appreciated a live person to talk to. Check in starts at 5pm and management office closes at 5pm. Overall enjoyed our stay. Parking right over the weekend fine during the week.

We had a good time. Location is central to everything. Parking was convenient, and kitchen was fully stocked. Pool was opened! Games and outdoor grill available. Only thing was toilets need to be tightened, all seem to rock a bit. The skylight is beautiful but lighting is harsh in the morning/evening ... a movable cover would be helpful. Bunk beds were a little shaky. Overall, we were all very happy and plan to return.

Short walk to Village and Westin

Unit is part of a large complex with game room, jacuzzi (often crowded) and sauna. We had plenty of parking and the check-in process was great. They even let our guests that arrived first check in early. The larger beds were great. The room with four bunks would be fine for small kids but not adults. Best part was the location. You can walk to the Village in less than five minutes.

It’s a great get away!

There are three families join this trip. We all enjoyed our time here. It’s very quite and convenient area. You can just walk to the village and the grocery store is only 2 miles away. The property is very clean. We love the fact that there is a washer and a dryer in the property. We love it.

Excellent property location within Mammoth and also within the entire property itself

Check-in/out a breeze. Location was great because: 1) You park literally right in front of the condo... no lugging stuff a far distance to/from your car 2) A few steps away from a dumpster 3)A short walk to common areas with pool/jacuzzi/sauna/bbq/ping pong, but not close enough to hear screaming children in the pool 4) walking distance to village, and obviously everything mammoth lakes has to offer 5) the office is literally around the corner. 3 bedrooms on bottom floor, with 1 master and bath + kitchen and living area on top floor. Opening the porch screen doors and the kitchen window provides an amazing cross breeze. Cable TV and wifi were reliable. In-unit washer/dryer. We never ran out of hot water for showers (although there were only 4 of us). There are PLENTY of plates/bowls/cups/mugs/silverware/cooking things. We were able to have 3 room keys and 2 car parking passes. Only 3 very non-deal-breaker complaints: 1) bottom bedroom with the bunk beds didn't really have an easily accessible wall outlet. 2) bring shampoo 3) bottom master bathroom shower head had erratic water output. The value for this place was crazy good, and will look to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful place for the 6 of us. Large condo that can fit up to 10 people. Just up the street from the Village and gondola. Quiet setting and easy to get to ski lifts, shops ,etc. Very responsive management company. Place was very clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend it.

Highly recommend!

Wonderful location to the Village. Shuttle stop is just outside the front door. Large 4bd condo that has been remodeled recently. Loved the kitchen and the view from the dinning and living room. You can see the Gondola passing by. Very nice Rental Agency, on site. Unlike some of the others, I had someone there to help us during our stay and exchange our towels. They seemed to know Mammoth and gave us a lot of tips. I will stay here again. Unit #127 would be top on my list.
