EMPLACEMENT! Nous avons l'une des plus grandes maisons de ville de 3 chambres / 4 salles de bain DISPONIBLE À MAMMOTH. Cette maison de ville spacieuse et luxueuse de 2500 pieds carrés peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes et se trouve à 4 minutes à pied de Canyon Lodge (5 télésièges, locations, restaurants, bars et gondole du village). Notre maison est conçue par des professionnels et entièrement meublée avec le meilleur décor, mobilier et literie. Nous avons des machines à laver en unité et un système de chauffage à air pulsé divisé. La cuisine gastronomique bien approvisionnée dispose de comptoirs en granit et d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, avec des articles supplémentaires tels qu'un Keurig et un Crock-pot. Avec deux salons, les enfants et les adultes ont leur propre intimité. La zone de jeu comprend une table de billard en bois sculpté de 8 pi avec une option de table de ping-pong sur le dessus. Chacune des 3 chambres a sa propre salle de bain privée. Vous aurez accès à Internet haute vitesse DSL, à la télévision par câble, à des téléviseurs à écran plat LCD 55 pouces HD, à un lecteur DVD Blue-Ray et à une grande collection de DVD pour tous les âges. Il y a aussi une salle de jeux vidéo
machine chargée avec plus de 300 jeux et un commutateur Nintendo. Dans le garage fermé ci-dessous, il y a deux places de parking disponibles, 2 chargeurs de véhicules électriques et un placard de rangement pour le matériel. Nous avons également des caméras de sécurité dans le garage et tous les points d'entrée pour votre sécurité. Pour les activités estivales, nous sommes situés à proximité de nombreux lieux de pêche, pistes cyclables, sentiers de randonnée et un parcours de golf.

Great house—very spacious and spotless. It can easily accommodate two families. We stayed with our family, including four little ones, and it was more than enough space for us. This was honestly one of the cleanest houses we’ve stayed in while visiting Mammoth.The owner is extremely friendly and very responsive to any questions we had. She also checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We accidentally left something valuable behind, and she was kind enough to ship it back to us.Highly recommend both the place and the host. Thank you, Shala!

The property is in a great location, is kept up amazingly and has a lot of perks including a pool table, video games and lots of space for all. The property manager was super helpful and helped make our stay perfect. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and clean condo!

The condo had such a great layout for multiple families and everything was clean and updated! The owner was very responsive. They also provided all the fun toys for snow play! Would definitely stay again!

Top notch property

This was the nicest property we ever stayed at while visiting mammoth. It was kid friendly with so many different games and a pool table. The location is absolutely perfect for skiing and visiting the village and local areas. We would love to come back to stay here in the future! Thank you!

A fabulous townhome in a great location!

Just steps away from Canyon Lodge but far enough away to be relaxing and comfortable. The underground parking was a definite plus, especially the big Mammoth Mtn map in the garage! The home was well stocked and every attention to detail was given. We loved everything about this home and are looking forward to coming back! Was a perfect family getaway!

Great Mammoth Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property and will definitely be renting here again. Very conveniently located. The only note is that you may want to bring a portable humidifier as the property does not have any. Otherwise, it was definitely one of the best places that I have stayed in Mammoth.

We rented this place and another in the same building. It was great for our big group. We were able to share both locations, have good get togethers, and provide the lodging for all. Everyone enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit. The host was very accommodating.

Great condo

An amazing condo. Layout, decor, and even a pool table all beautifully arranged and of high quality. Canyon lodge is just a few min walk up the street and from there you can easily get to wherever you need via shuttle or gondola. Check in/out was easy and everything coded the same which is nice. Will definitely stay again.

Shala is the most kind and generous host! This cabin is our go-to in Mammoth. It's cozy, it's clean, and well stocked. Traveling with kids can be a handful and this cabin has everything you can possibly need for kids to have a great time and for parents to relax. Highly recommend!!!

Luxurious condo a short walk from the alopes

If you are looking for a beautiful, new, and well appointed home that is a short walk to the slopes via Canyon, this is it. Easy to find, great parking, super fast WiFi, a fully appointed kitchen and a responsive host are all reasons this place will be my new go to for our annual Mammoth trip. Thanks Shala!

Our family spends many weekends year-round vacationing in Mammoth and so we purchased a home that was and still is the largest 3 bed/4 bath available, at 2500 sq ft, and is conveniently located for our adventures. In the winter, we walk to Canyon (the best lodge in our opinion) and sometime return to the house for lunch or take the free gondola to the village for lunch/dinner. In the summer, we hike and bike the many trails that begin down our street.

We purchased this property because it was and is the largest 3 bed/4 bath town-home in Mammoth and is only a 4 minute walk to Canyon Lodge. My husband and I bought this town home during the construction phase and finished the interior with the best fixtures and finishing for our large family's use. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
