Ground floor living makes this condo easily accessible after a day of adventuring on the mountains of Snowmass. Enter directly into the great room, where a bench and hooks await for removing and hanging gear and outerwear. The large open floorplan of this condo is spacious and well-suited for a family or friends traveling together. The gourmet kitchen offers beautiful custom glass and wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island for spreading out ingredients. Fit for a chef, you'll find everything needed here for preparing and enjoying hot meals after a day of exploring the great outdoors. The roomy kitchen island offers seating for three. The kitchen flows easily into the living room, where you'll find two spacious couches perfect for unwinding. Allow your gaze to move from the large flatscreen TV to the gas fireplace that sits below, creating a cozy ambiance on winter days. The living room features a set of large glass doors that allow natural light to stream into the great room. On warm days, enjoy coffee on the patio before heading out for the day.

The master bedroom in this condo offers a peaceful haven at the end of a busy day. The plush king bed is draped with high-quality linens, and multiple wardrobes provide room to unpack. The ensuite master bathroom offers a glass and tile corner shower. The second bedroom is right next door with a queen bed. Bathroom two is located across the hall, with a full bathtub and shower combination. For additional sleeping accommodations, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed.

Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.

This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
