The Shell Seekers Portarlington

Nestled in the beachside township of Portarlington, the Shell Seekers is a luxury accomodation experience, featuring four deluxe bedrooms. Built in 2020, this 2 storey home features stunningly appointed interiors with sea views across Port Phillip Bay to Melbourne.
Centrally situated within a short walk to the main shopping and dining precinct and the harbour. The Shell Seekers is a perfect destination for friends, couples, families and Wedding parties. The property is meticulously designed and appointed to meet the needs of guests, with many extras available on request.

Overview of Facilities
The property features a secure landscaped rear garden, with both alfresco dining on the ground and upper floor. A double lock up garage and ample off street parking is available for guests and accomodate boats and Jet Skis.

Three Living areas, ensure guests have room to spread out and relax. The downstairs living area includes a Bar area, dining for two and large screen smart TV. Upstairs there is large Living/Dining room and cosy Reading room which contains books, games and DVDs for adults and children.
Four beautifully decorated bedrooms ( Queen rooms x 3 and a Twin Bed room x1) are beautifully decorated and are appointed with luxurious linens, electric blankets and doonas.
The upstairs Master Suite contains a walk in robe and ensuite with double shower. A Powder Room and a large bathroom downstairs are supplied with towels and boutique toiletries.
A deluxe kitchen is fully equiped with every utensil needed to allow guests to be fully self sufficient, including a dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee Machine, with coffee pods. Basic cooking essentials (sugar, flour spices, oils) are provided.
A continental Breakfast Basket is provided on arrival.

The amenities are truly next level! This is hands down the best house we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed — fresh flowers, fresh baked bread, Weet-Bix, marshmallows, and homemade jam from her own fruit garden were such thoughtful touches.The house was perfectly set up for a beach stay with all the beach toys and towels provided, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with pillow toppers. She even left the Christmas decorations up, a bottle of champagne on arrival, and an amazing Christmas wheel with cheeses and nuts. Every detail was considered — we couldn’t have asked for more.

Everything you could ever need in a holiday house!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Never have I ever stayed in a holiday house that thought of so many “special touches “ ! You would need to stay here a month to use everything this house has to offer. But boy did we enjoy checking out all the drawers and cupboards just to see it all. From canoes to bicycles to picnic baskets and even beach towels! Then in the kitchen there was everything you could possibly think of. The coffee machine was awesome, there was everything to make a gorgeous looking platter and a champagne bucket and everything a bunch of ladies could ever need to make a memorable girls weekend away for a friends 50th birthday celebration! Cheryl our lovely hostess even baked us a delicious birthday cake to surprise us on our arrival! I understand now why every review is 10/10 We can not thank you enough Cheryl for an outstanding beautiful property! Special thanks also to David, the sourdough was spot on

Shell Seekers was more then anticipated.

We had a excellent stay.Cheryl was beyond with everything she supplied including the special easter decirations and eggs which made it just like home. Cant not fault anything. So happy. Will be back for sure.We had a great family

Gorgeous Escape

This is a fabulous place to spend a holiday. It is a spacious, clean and beautifully decorated place. Cheryl went out of the way to make us welcome and comfortable and even provided a birthday cake for my sister's birthday. Highly recommended.

What a lovely property

Our stay at this property was fabulous. Beautifully appointed and so many extras included. Cereal, bread, plenty of condiments, tea, coffee ect. Bathrooms included shampoo, conditioner, body wash. You just need to take yourself.

The Shell Seekers is a beautiful property that has been lovingly created to cater for your every need. From the minute you arrive you will feel totally at home. Fresh flowers, fresh crusty bread and a complimentary gin and tonic are just a few of the lovely touches that make this property special. There are two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen upstairs and an outdoor barbecue on the back deck. This property is immaculate and a credit to the owner who created it. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Wonderful home that caters for all

Cheryl has set up a wonderful home that had everything we needed to enjoy our stay with the family. There was basic provisions which were more than basic, linen provided which made packing easier and a great assortment of games,DVDs and books. All that you really need to bring is food and beverages. This is one of the best homes we have stayed in terms of set up, space and functionality. The beds were comfy, the house was warm, walking distance to the village and views to the bay and beyond. We look forward to returning again.
