Very much enjoyed it!

This is a classic Breckenridge rental, within walking distance to town. Our kids enjoyed the space, and it was overall very good.

The property has so much potential but needs an update. The caulk around tubs is old and peeling, carpet needs cleaning, windows dirty, and just old dated furniture. Update a few things and it would be much nicer.

Our kids loved all the games, puzzles and books that were at the house. Also the property management always picked up the phone and answered any questions I had.

Cool mornings/great views

Wanted to stay in cool Colorado! Place was a a little distance from town, but could still walk. The windows need cleaning so that we could enjoy the view more. The bathtub faucets also need some work. But a very enjoyable stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of three couples and this condo was perfect to meet our needs. The condo had three bedrooms with three baths all on different levels so each couple had some private space as well as shared living area with a fireplace and well equipped kitchen. We experienced a group of three moose walk by in front of the condo which was definitely a highlight for all of us! After a day on the slopes, the hot tub on the deck was also perfect. Our group highly recommends this condo if you are traveling to Breck or the surrounding area.
