Le Black Bear Cabin est un chalet traditionnel situ�� dans un paisible quartier familial de Homewood, à seulement huit kilomètres de la ville de Tahoe. Il se trouve à quelques pas de la plage de sable de Tahoe Pines et de la jetée privée. Vous n'avez pas besoin de quitter le quartier pour profiter de vos vacances, faire une promenade à travers Blackwood Canyon ou faire de la randonnée jusqu'au sommet d'Eagle Rock pour une vue panoramique sur le lac Tahoe. Les deux chemins commencent dans le quartier de Tahoe Pines.

Si vous apportez un bateau, il y a suffisamment de place pour votre remorque pour bateaux directement sur la propriété et le lancement du bateau Obexers et la station d'essence sont à environ un kilomètre. Vous pouvez ensuite tirer directement sur la jetée privée Tahoe Pines pour les ramassages et les décollages de groupe.

La cabine a un beau intérieur en pin noueux et offre un plan d'étage ouvert. Les salles à manger et cuisine ouvrant sur le salon qui comporte une cheminée en pierre et des portes en verre double qui s'ouvrent sur le grand pont exposé sud. Le pont surdimensionné est un endroit idéal pour faire griller, manger en plein air ou se détendre sous les pins.

La maison est en retrait de la rue et a un grand front et arrière-cour, offrant beaucoup de place pour les petits à courir.

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez une cuisine complète avec toutes les commodités, salle à manger, salon, salle de bains couloir, buanderie et une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. La porte arrière confortable hors de la salle à manger est un autre acc��s �� la grande cour arrière en bois.

À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez une grande chambre en mezzanine avec un lit queen-size et un grand placard, une deuxième salle de bains et une autre chambre avec deux ensembles de lits superposés jumeaux.

La maison est équipée d'un accès Internet haute vitesse sans fil et d'une ligne terrestre gratuite longue distance.

Votre chien bien formé et formé par un pot est bienvenu dans cette maison.

Black Bear Cabin est un moyen idéal pour profiter de l'air croquant de Tahoe Mountain et de magnifiques soir����es étoilées.

Small Cozy Cabin perfect for quick and easy trips

Went up to ski and had a blast. The location was perfect for travel around Tahoe and House was very cost and perfectly suited to our needs.

Great cabin for a quick two-nighter

Easy check-in. All amenities were as advertised. Lucked out with a foot of snow during our stay. Beautiful watching the storm out our windows.

Great Cabin!

This is a cozy cabin with everything you need. The beds were about average, but I would say it has all the basics and is a good value for what you get. The kitchen in easy to cook in, the table and orientation is great for family dining. The configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms is great and there is ample laundry and mud room. We would definitely stay there again!

VERY NICE PROPERTY

We had a great time. Property is well furnished and stocked. Lots of towels, sheets and pillows. Excellent TV's and wonderful WiFi. Tahoe Pines neighborhood is the most pleasant place we have stayed at Lake Tahoe. Quiet, friendly and close to shopping and restaurants.

Cozy cabin in a fabulous neighborhood

We really enjoyed staying in this idyllic community near the lake. The cabin was cozy and perfect for our family of four. It was also amazing to be able to walk to the private pier every day. But the best thing was the wonderful neighbors across the street. They were so sweet and friendly - it was sad to leave! Will definitely look to stay at this cabin again.

It’s well equipped and suited our needs. We could walk across the road to a small beach and had an access key to the jetty. Pleasant house in a wonderful location

We stayed here for a five day ski trip. Tahoe Pines is our favorite neighborhood to stay and we enjoyed this cabin very much. We walked to the lake several times and loved walking around the neighborhood in the falling snow. The kitchen is well equipped. The wifi was excellent. Not a lot of channels available on the tv but the wifi was good enough that we were able to use the HDMI cable on the tv to access our streaming channels on our laptops to have family movie nights. As the listing notes, the queen sized bed is in a loft area so it is a bit noisier than the bunk room and the downstairs bedroom with twin beds. We didn't need to contact the property manager for anything because the directions and check in process were very clear and easy and the information in the house binder was complete. The only thing that could have been more clear in the listing was the fact that there would be no wood for the fireplace. If we had known ahead of time we would have brought some instead of having to double back to the store to buy it. But other than that it was a lovely stay and we would be happy to come back in the future.

White Christmas

Cozy cabin in wooded location with great flow. A little dated but that added to the quaintness. The mud room with washer and dryer was a great to have a place to keep skis, boots and jackets out of the way Kitchen is small and simple but has all the basics …. except for sharp knives, they could really use some new knives. About 20 /30 minutes to ski resorts. We really enjoyed ourselves especially since our fur baby was able to be with us. Would stay there again any season as it’s close to resorts, lake and hiking.

Great stay!

This property is well located and comfy! It's a five minute walk to the beach and we loved the location. The trees surrounding the property are beautiful! The main bed is open to the rest of the house (almost like a big loft area). The carpet is a bit old but other than that, it's great!

Great location!

We loved the proximity to the walking / cycling trail, the lake, water sports, etc.! The cabin itself is comfortable, if not a bit tired. The kitchen and rugs didn’t feel totally clean and need updating, or at least a serious disinfecting. On the plus side, the trees, the comfortable beds, and excellent internet we’re all great, especially since 3 out of 4 of us we’re working or studying. Overall, we enjoyed the visit.
