Jasmine, located within the exclusive Mullins Bay Development, is a front-line, recently renovated, 3-bedroom townhouse decorated with a cool, neutral palette accented with splashes of bright color. Its spacious, three-story layout features an inviting air-conditioned living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a delightful covered dining terrace overlooking a private plunge pool and beautifully manicured gardens. Jasmine also has a private roof deck ideal for suntanning; with its incredible views of the Caribbean sea and horizon, it is an ideal place to relax under blue skies or enjoy a sunset cocktail.

The townhouse has 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans and air conditioning; the ground floor bedroom opens onto the dining terrace, whilst the two bedrooms on the first floor open onto a shared terrace. Jasmine can accommodate up to seven people comfortably, as one bedroom features three single beds.

Mullins Bay Development is a spacious, gated community with a spa and gym. It offers 24-hour security, assigned parking, and easy access to Holetown & Speightstown, both offering cafes, fine dining restaurants, boutique shopping, and other convenient amenities. For golfers, the renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Course is just 10 minutes away by car.

Villa Jasmine comes with a villa manager that visits the property on a regular basis and is also available on demand. Our wonderful housekeeper Rosie gets brilliant reviews from our guests. She will look after you for 5 days Mon-Fri during your stay.

Jasmine was perfect for us

Dear Yvonne and Julie, I wanted to thank you both so much for the fabulous organization for our holiday to Barbados. It really was seamless, and all the elements worked like clockwork - the VIP airport security service, the PCR tests, the transfers, the car hire. Everything you organized made traveling during such a tricky period, seem quite easy! We had an amazing break, and I am hopeful that a change of scene, and a beautiful beach view will sustain us through the next few months. Great location

We just loved Jasmine! Its less than 60 seconds walk to the beach - we swam there every morning & the beach is really lovely. We actually walked all the way onto Gibbs some mornings! Rosie was a great addition to our break. I must also say that the Fairmont beach facility is particularly gorgeous! We spent lovely evenings watching the sun go down on the roof terrace also. Looking at dates for next year :)

Ideal Location

Thank you -we loved Jasmine. It was a real bonus having the Fairmont access - we also enjoyed Mullins beach so much. We at at the beach bar numerous times & I even had a massage there right beside it - what a character. The 2nd bedroom actually has 3 single beds in it so it was ideal for the kids. Our housekeeper was a great lady and to have our own private back garden with the pool was wonderful after our beach days. We'll return for sure. Thank you Julie for organising our cruise also :)

Loved Every Minute !!!

This place was immaculate! Everything in this villa amazing. Clean and welcoming. I loved every single inch of this place! Mullins beach was beautiful. I loved the pool and the bedrooms and the kitchen. I even loved the dining room outside. I wish I lived here- It was everything lovely and exceptional! I will go back next year and rent the same villa again!

Beautiful house with all the amenities

Two couples shared this property which was just as described and more, the housekeeper Rosie could not do enough for us, she cooked us a typical Bajan meal one evening which was delicious. Excellent position with Mullins Beach Bar right opposite us and local transport frequent. Long walks along the beach early morning were just lovely, the nearby restaurant Bombas was excellent and right on the beach. Cannot recommend this property enough so comfortable and relaxing.

All it said it would be & more!

Dear Julie Just to let you know that we had a wonderful time at Mullins Bay, the house was all it said it would be and more, the housekeeper Rosie was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and she even cooked us a meal for eight one evening which was typically Bajan, it was delicious. Sixteen of us all spent a wonderful day on a catamaran to celebrate Alan’s 70th birthday and did we party!! Wonderful family vacation

Our Housekeeper Rosie was an important of our enjoyment of the villa. She was personable, always helpful and informative about the island and the practicalities on living on the island as a tourist. We have had a wonderful family vacation at Jasmine and in Barbados. We enjoyed the location of the villa, the access to the beach and the beach bar, the restaurant etc... and expect to return.

Jasmine was by far the nicest property we have found

We have just returned from your lovely house , Jasmine. We feel that we have been away for at least a month rather than just over 2 weeks! The house is amazing and so comfortable with everything and more a family could ask for in Barbados ..with one extra special addition- Rosie - wow you have found yourselves the best housekeeper in Barbados I think, she is a gem in fact I wish I could have bought her back to Scotland , but she said it may be too cold ! Never before on holiday have I felt so relaxed and switched off ..with 3 teenagers to cater for holidays can be busy and a mums work never stops holidays or not ..but not this year ..I totally got the best holiday ever ..didn’t have to worry about a thing .. and Rosie even had the ability for me to not worry about the kids bedrooms being a mess as nothing phased her !! far from it she kept telling me it was my holiday and I should worry about nothing at all except enjoying myself! – which we did big time enjoying beaches, sightseeing, riding, watersports , turtles and restaurants and bbq-ing Rosie’s marinated sword fish -yum  This was our 3rd trip to Barbados and far the best , the house was perfectly positioned and somehow Rosie has told all the mosquitoes to keep off your property - not sure how ..never come home bite free before! The villa was by far the nicest property we have found and did just what we needed was close to the beach and had a view to die for from our room and the roof . Rosie was so kind she even made rum punch for us and even went out of her way to make Adam a birthday cake on our middle weekend which had the best icing we have ever tasted ..I have come home with her coconut bread ..6 loaves to share out .. and recipe book for rum , cakes and bread!! We had excellent service from Michelle too , she even brought a rescue baby monkey the day before we left as Rosie had told her my youngest daughter loved animals, so that was a real treat for her and us all ..just another example of how thoughtful Rosie is with your guests. I had read your guest book on the first night and certainly got the feeling we were in for treat with her ..but maybe hadn’t realised by how much! So yes you can gather we will be returning to Jasmine but also realise we will need to book in advance as I think everyone who visits will want to do the same ! So thank you for your lovely house once again , and please pass on our gratitude to Rosie when you speak to her and to Michelle the property manager as they represent you amazingly well. Thanks again and happy for you to use any of my words as testimonial for the villa if you wish to.

We had the most relaxing vacation

Hello Yvonne, Barbados was fantastic!! We had the most relaxing vacation and our whole family would love to go back some day!! The unit was everything that we had hoped for and complete with all the amenities that anyone could ask for. Comfortable beds, clean linens, along with a great outdoor space. We were greeted by Rosie upon arrival. She had put up a little Christmas tree for us along with festive lights to keep us in the Christmas spirit! She was a lovely lady filled with lots of knowledge of the island when we needed some direction or advice. We drove the whole island while there and I think we saw more than most visitors. Sometimes places that we hadn’t intended on, as we got lost many times! The locals were friendly and helped us out. It was wonderful having the car when we needed it. The drop off and pick up of the rental went seamlessly. We enjoyed many of the beautiful beaches on the island but spent most of our beach days at Mullen’s. Having the bar so close and the access gate to our unit was so convenient. One down side to being so close to the road was the noise from traffic. Busses were loud and many horns from cars were heard. Fortunately, the island “shuts down” early and it never bothered us to sleep. Overall, we all had a great time. I hope we are fortunate to visit Barbados again. Thank you for all of your help in getting us organized. It really was a trouble free holiday that went so smoothly. Just like you hope they do!! Absolutely amazing - more than we expected

Hello Yvonne our stay was absolutely AMAZING !!! it was more than we expected ..jasmine was so comfortable and relaxing .. everything we needed was actually there and even more ..Rosie was super nice and friendly and made our stay even more relaxing ..Michelle as well was so helpful every time we called her for advice at any time of the day ; )) jasmine is the place we want to stay anytime we return to Barbados ..
