Christmas stay in Muriwai

Spent the Christmas holiday here with the family and couldn’t have been more pleased with our overall experience. The property is spacious with an amazing view of the valley and ocean. Conveniently located to Muriwai but much more quiet and serene. The host went out of her way to make our Christmas special and really helped to get our trip to NZ off on a good foot.

Special place to stay

Kula really is a special place to stay - the house is spacious, modern, well-equipped, peaceful, and comfortable! We really enjoyed opening up the doors, sitting outside on the deck, and taking in the spectacular views of the coast. Ant and Paula are responsive and caring hosts who made every effort to ensure we had what we needed and were well-looked after. Can’t fault the property or the hosts, it was a stress-free stay. We had a fantastic time and hope to return in future!

Outstanding Venue & Hospitality in Muriwai

We stayed at Kula with our young family and even hosted our intimate family wedding ceremony and celebration at the property last month. Not only did the venue surpass our expectations (the venue was beautiful, the view was incredible and every possible need was catered for), Paula & Ant were extremely welcoming and accommodating hosts. Highly recommend a stay here. Only regret was not booking for longer! Cheers Nicky

Divine stay

The entire property, from the view to the amenities, is pure luxury. Designed for comfort, style and convenience. The views were sublime. A place where you can cast all your cares, simply soak in the atmosphere (rolling hills and dramatic coastline landscape), and enjoy. I didn't want to leave.

We'll be back!

Our stay at the studio was amazing! The outlook is simply stunning and we loved waking up to the views and cooking looking out to the views. The studio had everything we needed and was a very zen space. We managed to relax and get some yoga in. The hosts were so lovely greeting us on arrival and then letting us keep to ourselves. They were also very accomodating for our little one with a portacot. We'll be back :)

Stunning Architectural Home in Muriwai

By far the most beautiful bach we booked through Book a Bach. The home was as impressive as the view! Looking forward to returning.

Even more beautiful in person

My wife and her bridal party stayed here before our wedding day and the place is stunning! Even better in person, lots of space to get ready in and the view is beautiful. Will be back.

Amazing Muriwai Escape!

Beautiful location and property. Very friendly hosts and bonus pets (!) but we were given our space to enjoy a relaxing week’s holiday at the beach. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning in every way

This 2 bed stand alone studio is just superb, we had an awesome weekend there enjoying the beautiful Muriwai beach. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free, communication was friendly and swift, instructions were precise, place was better than the pictures and we even got a refund as the landscaping wasn't completed! Never mind the thoughtful goodies that were left to welcome us. Being a cat loving family the presence of Denim and Roko added to our perfect weekend. Thank you Ant and Paula for letting us stay in your little piece of paradise, we highly recommend it.

It’s better than the pictures...

Kula Studio is a fabulous relaxing retreat with everything you need for your stay. The views and sunsets are stunning. Ant & Paula are wonderful hosts, great communicators, interactive but also gave us our space. We will return.
